Some scuffs and rips on the bedsheet, but nothing too bad. I couldn't tell if the sliding door and lock wasn't air tight or if a sneaky mosquito snuck in just at the right time. Don't worry, I dealt with him myself 😎

Spacious for a capsule, similar to an extended single sized bed. Facilities were nice and useful and I enjoyed the branding with all their characters. While I didn't have a locker, there was still plenty of space to put my luggage safely inside the shared room. Some other facilities also weren't available (like the TV and remote), but I could deal without them.

I think the bathrooms could be kept a little cleaner - lots of hair can accumulate in the ladies' dorm bathroom.

I loved the idea of the capsule rooms. The capsule rooms were extremely comfortable and cozy! Did not feel trapped or claustrophobic in anyway, and I had a great rest.

the dryer isnt working, so we need to find loundrymart for dry the clothes, or, they provide the clothesline, but i didnt preferred during covid-19 outbreak. the lock isnt really working, if we put a little bit more pressure on that, the door can easily open. not soundproof at all.

Beautiful comfortable space. Great value. Closer to MRT. Staff was good. The bad part is that there is no staff until 10 Am. They will not check in until 3 pm. I arrived at 6AM and could not even go to reception until 11 am.. If you lose or misplace your key card or get locked out there is no rescue and you may end up sleeping in reception or outside the hotel. No one picks up the phone or line. So, be careful if you have emergencies. Otherwise, it is great place. I locked out when I was about to checkout at 11 am so it was OK and she could come and collect the key accidentally left inside the capsule.

Mattress was too uncomfortable. Soundproofing of the capsules was not adequate. I could hear squeaks all night when others were getting in and out of their capsule.

Not really that negative but some people could find jt annoying, I couldnt figure out how to turn the light off in the capsule so had to organise an eye mask :)

It was good and central being opposite the taipei bridge train station (not on the airport line though!). I only stayed for one night as I was only in Taiwan for a 24 hour layover. It was a comfy bed.

The concierge officer or the people in the lobby can't even speak English!!!!! That's ridiculous what did u expect all ur client is all Chinese?! U never expected to have a foreigner in ur hotel?!

Stuff doesn't speak english. Toilets and bathroom are very dirty. They don't allow to leave backpacks after check-out, just if you pay 50 dolars per hour and only till 6pm. No towels. Not on a nice part of Taipei. Nothing to do here either.

.Every time I go into the toilet, I see a puddle of urine, and no one flushes it every time. I live downstairs, and the guy upstairs stays up all night and keeps banging on the bed, is every night! . I cant sleep until 8am every day. I feel like I'm going to die If this continues,i 6 night stay here only can sleep 1 night, those people will come in and out and close the door without any consideration for others. It's not that this hostel bad, but that the people who live here have no quality at all. no next time.

-The room didn't have ac -The room door to the corridor was broken so it kept opening and filling the room with light -The toilet bins were full of used toilet paper. These bins didn't have a lid and clearly weren't emptied regularly enough -The bunk beds had been put in what seemed to be the staff living room. All the staff bed rooms were coming off of the dorm room, so you were often woken up by people going through -The bed was really hard

Bathroom and toilet is not located on the same floor of Male Dorm room. It's not convenient for traveling after midnight.

The staffs were nice (two girls night shift). It's near night market. Local restaurants provide tasty food with cheap price. You can local people lifestyle.

First impression was the staff and they are really great and friendly. They're always smiling and are very easy to approach when you have questions. The common area on my floor is huge and relatively peaceful considering how many people stay here. The restrooms are very clean, as are the showers. I like that there is a wet and dry area since it pretty much sucks trying to put on clean clothes when you are standing on a wet floor. My capsule is comfortable and clean. I don't usually like the top bunk of any place, but the steps for these are angled so it's easy to get up and down. The location is optimal, too! So close to the subway and buses. The night market in this area is huge and bustling. I like my stay so much that I cancelled my stay at another hostel to stay here again. :)
