We froze the entire time we were there. We shut the AC as soon as we arrived but were told the temperature is centrally managed and could not get hotter. We were given extra blankets but despite this, my family and kids froze the entire stay. For the price we paid this was unacceptable. We were also given the run around for any extra amenities. We were informed that we would be charged for extra towels or other supplies despite our room being booked for 3 persons and amenities only provided for 2 persons. The noise from the nightclubs until 4 am was also an issue as previously described in other reviews. Not good client service at the front desk other than a few exceptions.

The air conditioner is central. You can't control the temperature. It was very cold (22C)but we couldn't adjust it. They provided a blanket. My husband was still got sick. The air conditioning outlet is very dusty.

some renovations going on and that creates a few sub optimal appearances eg elevators but does not spoil anything for the traveller and all comforts are well maintained.

top class location short 5 mt walk from WTC Taipei 101 and a 10 mt walk to metro/MRT. easy to commute w well connected and clean MRT. Everything in the property and breakfast were good. the staff friendliness and helpfulness is exceptional.

Smoking smell may frustrate the one who do not smoke.

The location is awesome. It is located near walking street, shopping mall, taipei 101, and convention center. You may walk around 10 min to Xiangshan MRT station. Lovely and kind staffs. The breakfast is brilliant.

Due to construction, cleanliness was a bit of a problem. Dust everywhere. I hope they plan to change the carpet as part of the remodelling. There was some mold on the bathroom basin (around the faucet and in the overflow drain.

Breakfast was very good, staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious. Bed was a bit firm.

A Very designer hotel. The hotel did a good job on the branding. The message "welcome home" gives a very warm emotion connection with the hotel guest. Nice decor inside the hotel, on each floor & inside the room. Love the packaging design of all amenities. The location is good. Lots of restaurants and shops. Transportation is easy. Worth for the money. Highlt recommended.

During my stay at the hotel, I noticed a pervasive odor throughout the property. The lobby had a distinct smoky aroma, while the elevator and guest room both exhibited a moldy scent. While I am not typically fussy about accommodations, I found the price to be quite steep considering the overall experience, which fell short of a 3, 4, or 5-star stay. The unpleasant smell made me uneasy when it came to resting at night and even discouraged me from inviting guests to the coffee shop on the premises. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the value received for the cost and cannot recommend this hotel. As a side note, my friends stayed at the nearby Hyatt and enjoyed larger rooms and superior quality for a slightly higher price.

Breakfast was understandably orientated to an Asian diet however what was on offer for more Western diet was very limited and not very appetising. Better to be clear on this at point of booking particularly with browsers/booking sites from Europe to ensure expectations are managed.

Location was very convenient and staff were helpful with a comfortable bathroom inc. the novelty toilet seat that is quite common in these parts!

the layout look rather dated and it could do with some refreshing look similar to the daan property. this doesn’t live up to the Home concept as I don’t find it homy enough. didn’t feel quite 4 stars
