Hotel staff were very kind and approachable. We were able to store our luggage for a few days without charge. I had to urgently adjust my booking, and the staff was able help me book a room within the day. Room is big and generally clean. Location is really good!

Hard to find when you are not used to having businesses not on the ground floor. Mildew in shower, and floor boards lifting at edges.

Good location. Easy access to train and MRT, as well many restaurants within walking distance.

Step up to bathroom is quite high, could be troublesome for elderly. Could add a platform to turn it into two steps instead.

Mildew smell was very strong in our room #1101. My husband had to wear a mask when in room. Shower was major source (maybe AC too). Note: A little had to find. It is on floors 10 & 11 of high rise with at least two other hotels and businesses in same building. So many signs it is hard to sort out at first. McDonald’s on first floor.

Nice sitting area with good WiFi, 24 hour coffee/tea and comfortable seating. The hotel location was super with 2 short blocks to main train station, McDonald’s on first floor, department store with good food court across the street and a variety of shops and restaurants within a block. Easy to get taxi right outside. Kevin and other front desk staff very friendly and arranged airport transport.

The receptionist who handled my friend's luggage bag was very careless. She forced pull up the handle and broke it.

Lots of eateries and snacks within 5 min of hotel. Wonderful location. Tip: Take exit K12 with escalator upon reaching Taipei MRT Station from Airport line. On other days without luggage, take exit Z6, no escalator but closer to hotel. Clean and spacious room, water dispenser and free coffee and tea at Level 11 reception. Washing machine (40min per cycle ) and dryer (50min per cycle) excellent for washing laundry at 5 pieces of 100coins each, able to exchange with reception. Two types of pillow provided. Quiet room. Turn left upon exiting hotel lift lobby level 1 to try the fried chicken snacks with red signage after the 1st junction and the coffee joint opposite it. A 10 min walk to Ximending. Excellent.

There was mould in the bathroom walls and grouts. Duvet and pillows had slight discolouration.

Location was great, right in the heart of Taipei City. Lobby had informative pamphlets.

The step up into the bathroom is too high. Water leaks out of the shower glass door and wet the bathroom floor. Clothes hang above the pantry didn't seems right. Wish to have some clothes hanging hooks in the room.

I liked the extra large bed for 2 people. Great location near train station, shop and amenities.

The location is good, near Taipei main station, shops and amenities. The room is spacious, and I liked the extra large bed.

No refill tea or coffee from the 2nd day. It would be nice to have a hot drink when get up in the morning and not have to get dress to go to the reception to get a cup of hot drink. Shower room is mouldy and need to replace or clean. Not every room has window.

very friendly and helpful staff. Great location for foods and to get around. Very close to metro line. Look out for McDonald's building and the hotel is on the above. Free drink vouchers but we didn't use them because it's a restaurant setting. We feel like we have to eat there if we get a free drinks. Nice complimentary basket crisps, tea and coffee and bottles of mineral water but only on the 1st day of checking in. If booking for more than 1 night, there won't be refill complimentary but there is a coffee machine at the reception that you can have. Toilet and fridge are a big bonus.

Love the cafe lounge as I travelled with a group of 5 and had a hard time getting a table to fit all of us during lunch/dinner, thus it was great when we could enjoyed our take out meals at the cafe.
