We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeNoted the bathtub is not ideal to use as it is too high for normal person to cross inside the bathtub. As such, we need to climb up the bathtub with the risk of skip and fall. Good to improve to prevent unnecessary injury.
A healthy Breakfast with less oil, less salt for each items served. Hotel also provide simple supper in case we were hungry at night serving between 9pm to 10pm. Both beds are comfort and big too.

TaiwanThe sauna/steam room facilities, which they openly market on their website, are closed every day except on Saturdays?? The "gym" is a tiny room with some treadmills, and the breakfast is horrendous and simple.
I think for the price, its a good value. The location is its best asset, right next to the high-speed railroad station, and the rooms are nice.

TaiwanThere was no heater in the hotel. while it was the coldest day of the year ( 8 degree Celsius), the hotel didn't inform us that there was no heater in the room. It was later upon complaint (2am) I was told that the building didn't have the heat built in. instead of bothering the customer service, I tried to powered through. I could barely sleep and I called to the room service to request portable heater and sent to out room in 6am. so basically, both me and my husband who were under the weather, had to sleep through the cold. I am very disappointed for the poor communication and service. I would like to demand for refund or compensation.
