We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PolandThe only reason why I'm giving 9/10 instead of 10/10 is because of "soundproof" in the description of the room. For me, the room wasn't really soundproof, I could hear another guests around as well as kids above. The doors of the room are very thin as well, you can hear everything from the corridor area.
Beautiful, spacious and very clean room. The stuff were very helpful, no problem with speaking English. Great price and less than 5 min walk from main Hsinchu train station. I picked the room with window but the window was actually only in the bathroom, for me that's still great though.

SingaporeStaff was very helpful and found us a driver at short notice, to take us around the region. For breakfast you needed to pay 300TWD. It is worth it as there are varied choices of food for breakfast. Location was excellent as you only need to walk 5 minutes from Hsinchu train station.
