Had a really nice stay while travelling through the area on our bicycles. The staff was super friendly and nice and spoke pretty good English. Much better than my Mandarin! They let us store the two bicycles in our room overnight which was super helpful. The accomidation and hotel had some really nice touchs, and with the MacDonalds next door getting dinner and breakfast super easy.

The heater / temperature regulator seems to not be working well. Was chilly at night

Hotel was located approx 5mins car ride from Taichung HSR station. Had a convenient store and McDonalds next door which we used to settled our daily breakfast. There is a laundry room for washing at level 1. The double bed was huge in the room.

The soundproof is not that good. We can hear people talking in the hallway.

Location is not very ideal, it takes 10 mins walk to the nearest Metro. It is not near to HSR at all. Take taxi will cost around 150NT. It will be good if hotel can provide free shuttle to HSR.

Very clean room. A very typical business hotel with all the necessary amenities. There is a small balcony to see the view outside hotel. There is a Macdonald below that is really good and we will not go hungry.

Beds are a bit hard and the blue light from the wifi router is positioned facing the bed so had to cover that during the night to sleep. The traffic noise is a bit loud from 9pm to midnight but tapers off after that.

The staff were patient and friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and suited needs.

We found a bug on the bed. And towels are given at an extra charge but we probably didn't go through the amenity list properly as it wasn't mentioned in the list.

The location was good. Close to the HSR station by bus and a walking distance from the MRT station.

A little far from HSR station. we have to take the metro to Wuri and walk 10 minutes to the hotel. The hotel can speak English just enough for us to pass by.

Dust can be seen in the toilet. The shower part is slippery seems like got kind dirt not scrub off especially when wet .door bell not working. Well it mention city view in the booking.. but my daughter. Say view carpark? Lol

I chose it because this hotel is near to the HSR station of taichung

They would have gotten a perfect rating from me except for one problem. The AC in our room was not working properly OR I was not using it properly. But it was all in Chinese and even though I live in Taiwan, read a little of the language and used Google Translate I could not figure out why the room was not getting cooler. It was 28C/82F in the room. I called the front desk and asked if someone could come and help us but he just kept trying to tell me, in Chinese, on the phone how to work it. It seems like if you have two obvious foreigners in the room maybe they can't read the language, they might try to send someone to help but they didn't. I thought about being pushy and calling back again but I was just too tired and it was too late. Thankfully there was a fan in the room and my friend and I turned on and positioned it so it would swing back and forth between us.

The room was modern and the beds were supper comfy with good pillows. The location was super close to the High Speed Rail station which was super handy since we missed the last train and had to find a hotel close and very late at night. Check in was super fast and smooth. The shower was great. And check out was also fast and breakfast was provided but we didn't have time in the morning. Also, there was a 7-11 and McDonalds right next door!

Loved the fact that its a reasonable priced hotel for the location nearest to the HSR as i was transiting to taichung for hiking. There was water for refilling, its easy to get anywhere via uber (eg Taichung), its like 5-7 mins ride from the hsr. But do note that its NOT at the hsr station itself, i was mistaken by the name and thought it was actually at the HSR station itself.

Positioning of the mirror in the room is obstructed by the table, so is hard to use if ladies want to do makeup. Of course there is still washroom mirror.

Near to HSR Taichung, comfy bed, room size is reasonable and would describe it as modern / minamalistic design

Washer and dryer located outside the building.

The bathroom drainage was not flowing well such that it’s always flooded after one use. But the male cleaning staff was fantastic. We highlighted to him on our way out, and it was resolved when we came back. Thanks!
