Nothing - it was perfect! If I must, it's not the guesthouse but the national earthquake warning notifications that woke me up in the middle of the night...

Hospitality from the owner was exceptional. We weren't sure where to go or what to do because of the recent earthquake, so he kindly showed us various routes we could take - whether by car rental or public transportation. He even made us breakfast from scratch! Homemade AND delicious! The guesthouse was also very close to the station as listed in their name, so it was very convenient for us.

Room is spacious and clean. There is a lift within the property so no need to carry the luggages up. The host had also kindly left drinks in the common area for our consumption. Location is very convenient. The train and bus stations are within ~5mins walk from the property. We could easily get to the night market from the bus station as well. Will book again if we are in the area!

Facilities are great. Room is spacious. Location is very convenient. Literally 5 minutes walk to the bus station. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I flushed toilet paper by mistake and the staff helped resolve the issue immediately.

The location was really convenient. It was near the Hualien Train Station. The staff was also very friendly and gave us recommendations on what to visit at Hualien. The room was also very spacious and clean. The toilets were also separate and big which was amazing

No breakfast was offered, which was not a problem with enough restaurants close to the B&B.

Conveniently located close to the train and bus station (to Taroko), this place is clean and very comfortable. With a very friendly host who gave us all the information we needed! And an upgrade for the room with tipi tent for our daughter, which turned out to be a ballroom with beautiful bath and very comfortable bed. There was a play room downstairs, a nice addition when traveling with kids. Highly recommended!

The host was extremely accommodating. He introduced us to the attractions as well as the area's bus schedules, as GMap wasn't the most accurate. The bus station is just nearby to the minsu, with direct buses to the city centre, and to the night market area, so we were able to get around Hualien very easily. We were able to store our baggage both before checking in and after checking out. The room was really spacious, clean and quiet. There was a lift, so we didn't have to worry about lugging our bags around.

Staffs were exceprionally friendly! The room was huge with a pretty bath tub. Washing machine was provided alongside dryer. Very near facilities i.e. 7-11, and many food stalls nearby. Loved my stay here.

Small pension with simple, but well designed and very clean rooms, conveniently located near the bus and train stations - yet very quiet. Good breakfast includes freshly baked breads and organic produce. Helpful people. Free soft drinks in the fridge.

5-10mins walk to Hualien’s bus and train station. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Breakfast was home made breads and healthy. Laundry and dryer were available.

close to station and bus station so easy walk only 5 mins. Beautifully presented breakfast. Nicely designed room with comfortable sofa area and a circular bath which was novel. Host very observant and having noticed I hadn’t finished certain items at breakfast he modified what he presented me with the next morning.

It's a bit far from the city center. This goes for all the guesthouses near the railway station. Everything was just great.

Very friendly owner who have us great tips for dining. The room was cozy and clean. Nicer than expected. Ideally located if you are traveling by train. Breakfast was great.

The staff were very helpful. Gave us all the information about getting to the national park and where to best hire a scooter. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Nice and spacious compared to the bigger city rooms. Comfy beds and delicious room delivered breakfast.
