We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeIt took a long time for hot water to be dispensed from the faucet and shower. We ended up having to wait a few minutes for hot water to become available. The blankets for the queen beds were also quite small and didn't provide enough coverage for 2 people.
Location was good and fairly central in Hualien. Staff were very friendly and accommodating with our requests. The room was also very clean and well kept. Overall, the stay was well worth what we paid for.

SingaporeFurnishing of the hotel rooms seems quite awkward and dated and there is limited place to hang clothes.
Free snacks at the lobby everyday from 9am to 10pm. There is also a 24hour laundry shop directly opposite the hotel. Place is clean and not noisy. Location is within walking distance from dongdamen night market and there is a family mart closed by. Seems like a busy hotel with continual influx of guests and I noticed that most of the people staying at this hotel are local Taiwanese.

We booked the rooms few weeks ago before our stay, we request to cancel due to the road going to Hualian was closedown and earthquake was just happened few days ago before our stay (raining season). The staff refunded the fees without making difficulties for us (the rooms we booked doesn’t come with free cancellation) We have changed our plan not to visit Hualian, however the weather was good and we decided to go ahead to visit Hualian and we have book the hotel again. Thumbs up to the staff (小姐姐☺️)!We feels welcomed and the rooms is great.

Room was pleasant with window of mountain view. There is a 24hrs laundromat & local breakfast take-out opposite hotel & Family Mart just at the junction. Staff is very approachable & polite. Great attitude.
