Shame about the public bath was under maintenance during my whole stay in March. I booked this hotel because of this facility but I wasn’t able to use it at all.

Breakfast was so-so, quite some walking distance from the banqiao train station.

The staff was helpful, restaurants, eateries, coffee joints are within or nearby hotel. Spa facility at the top floor.

Night time staff (gentlemen) at front desk very friendly but in the day time 2 ladies seems not very welcome and not really helpful for foreigners who not good at mandarin.

Gym is located in the other building across a small road and need to pay to use. Metro is a bit far but no issue for us.

Stepped into this room and immediately fell in love. It's new and clean, layout was unique and very spacious for the 4 of us. Lots of space to put our luggages and many bags of stuffs that we bought. There are many eating places and convenience stores within walking distance.

The sofa is in need of some cleaning

Great location and beautiful city view. Room is huge with a luxurious bath and dining area for late night snacks. A short walk to Banqiao Station which allows you to do Day tours via high speed train and bus station that goes directly to jiufen. The hotel onsen was a huge plus to me

The beds weren't very comfortable. The ATM/exchange machine was difficult to use.

Staff was very accommodating to english speakers and was in a great location. The rooms were modest sized but efficient with everything you needed, and were always very well cleaned and maintained.

Location is not convenient. Staff initiative is not as good as some of the other 5 stars hotels in Taiwan. However they are friendly and courteous.

Relatively new. Well designed room layout with lots of hanger space and toilet and bath facilities. Japanese style spa available.

i like that there is a family mart just next door, and metro station was within walking distance. However the location wasn't the best for tourist. Its not within the main attraction such as Xi Men Ding, it is about 30 mins away so when we were tired of shopping we still have to travel a bit of distance out from XMD back to hotel. But overall its fine, hotel exceed the expectation.

The breakfast is a very disadvantage to guests indeed. They just offer vouchers to guest to redeem coffee and meals at the coffee shop next to the hotel. Although it still provides foods to guest but sometimes it seems a little sloppy

The location is wonder in Banqiao area, and the staffs in hotel were really helpful and nice. They are patient to deal with all kinds of requests from guests. The facilities in room were also impressive even the amenity kits were in boutique brands which was surprising me so much.

Pillows are little too hard for me.

Nice room design. Overall very clean. High quality shampoo & shower gel, good water pressure. Sound proof pretty good, not to the extent of proofing from loud screaming kids running around in the hallway. Appreciate the generous supply of bottled water & small packets of snacks. Free parking is a plus point.
