Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Philippinesasked them to book a car going to sun moon lake, as we will be meeting with my family, i gave them the itinerary to give to the car /tour rental; everything was confirmed (price and schedule) but when we were at sun moon lake the driver denied and would not go with our itinerary, demanded that they just do drop off and pick up, then back to the hotel. as everything was pre paid we had no choice, wasted and missed our family time together. I know it's not purely the hotels' fault but we booked and confirmed thru them, so they should really improve on this. (schedules given were also in chinese so no translation needed on their part) Just be careful and double confirm out there, Safe travels!
Location is good, lots of food and convenient to travel via bus, a bit farther from the city center but walkable 15-20mins from shopping area and night market.

The hotel is in a convenient location with convenience store nearby the vicinity. There are also plenty of eateries around the area, some providing only breakfast while some are from lunch onwards. Staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, was able to store my luggage prior to check-in. The room is exactly like the photos and is very clean. Loved the small area with table and chair, so that there is an area for food, it is a nice touch.
