Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

TaiwanThe smoke smell in the room could not be removed. Although the hotel was advertised as non-smoking, there was no restriction on other guests smoking. When we check in,the room was full of smoke,causing the child to cough all the time.

JapanIn the corner of the room were so dusty. Also, behind the furniture, shelfs, etc, we found lots of dust, so we felt the room is not so clean.
Bedding was good, and bathroom facilities were good. Also, shower is new, and lots of functions. And car parking service was good. Breakfast was moderate.

United StatesOur whole family had severe allergic reactions while in the hotel. My 1year old and I had our asthma triggered due to something in the air or carpet. My wife and 5 year old had minor symptoms including sore throats and coughs. Once outside congestion was gone and we mostly recovered but my youngest and I weren’t able to sleep all night.
Staff, breakfast and location were amazing and great. It’s a 8min walk to the metro station and neighborhood has plenty of food options. Staff were super attentive and helpful. Lobby and room decor looked nice.
