We loved everything about it. We booked a quadruple room. It has ample space to put all of our stuffs, rails and knobs to hang things. The room even has a dining table for four. The hotel provided us with a baby crib when we asked for it, they even gave us baby bath tub. So baby/ kid friendly. The location is good. 2 halal restaurant are 2mins walking distance. 7E is just downstairs. 5mins walk to nearest MRT station and of course near to Ximending street market.

Room was of a good size for 3 of us. I like that the toilet is separate from the showers especially for more people in the room. Bed is comfortable but I prefer another pillow to go along with it. Reception is on the 5th floor and it comes with a big space for you to chill out with games, free drinks and tid-bits. This space is also used for breakfast in the morning. I enjoyed the breakfast thoroughly. Location is also very near to Ximending and Ximen station.

Stayed at level 7. Air con did not seem to be able to go cold enough. Not sure why.

Stayed here for the 2nd time. Exceptionally clean. Location excellent as it is right at the entrance to xi men station. Water dispenser is available at level 5. Sound proofing seems good, as there were No noise disturbances. Free of any smoking smell, as this is extremely important especially travelling with children.

Lack of bedside table top n charging outlet on 1 side of the king size bed. Wud hv preferred a queen size bed if I had known beforehand. The very cold aircon also blew right into the head of my partner who slept on the side without the table top n charging outlet :(

Nothing to not like.

Location is excellent. Read some reviews with complaints of noise, but it was so peaceful when we were staying at Just Sleep. Room was small and as well as toilet but who goes on holidays and spend much time in the room or toilet??? So we are ok with the smallness of the room and toilet. Staff at reception friendly and efficient. Wait staff at breakfast was attentive. Cleaners were efficient as well. We will recommend Just Sleep Ximending to friends and relatives visiting Taipei. Also close to MRT. And the buses passing around Just Sleep can take us to many places of interest, including Jiufen. No problem hailing a cab as well. And lots of massage places around the hotel.

One thing - the room fills with smell from I think the sewer when I close the door of the shower. The exhaust intake is in the shower, and the closed door prevents air flow. Hotel should remind people of the need to crack open the door to prevent stagnant air. Or better yet, do not have door that completely close off the entrance. A gap at top would be good.

This is a well run hotel (chain), with excellently trained staff who are genuinely helpful and knowledgeable. It's focus clientele - travelers looking for good value at tourist spots - are well served. I see a lot of families, young people, etc. People seem to quickly adapt to the hotel's mode of operations, and become an efficient whole. Great job!
