The condition of the carpet, walls, and bedding were subpar, showing signs of wear and overdue replacement. On the first night, my son developed hives after playing in the kids playroom. I believe the hotel hasn't cleaned or disinfected the area. Despite no-smoking signs, there was a persistent smell of smoke in the rooms and hallway, suggesting inadequate enforcement. Additionally, construction disrupted our stay, and the staff's attitude towards resolving the issue was unsatisfactory. Overall, my expectations for the hotel weren't that high to begin with but unfortunately, they were not met, leaving us greatly disappointed.

The size of the room was great. I found the restroom with a separate divider from the shower to be convenient, as it prevented our belongings from getting wet and reduced the risk of slipping hazards.

The pictures of the hotel room on the website did somewhat match the real life experience; however, it did not look as clean as it was advertised. On the shower curtains had mold and some of the finishes in the room seemed worn out.

The location of the hotel was great, and very close to restaurants and supermarkets. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel included a water re-filler and coffee machine, which I thought was great!

There’s no enough bike for everyone, hopefully the hotel can set up rules to make sure people need to return it daily. The instructions in the room said there’s gym at B1, but when we check it out there’s none. The light in the room isn’t bright enough even after we turn on all the switches.

The room and bathroom is clean, and spacious for 4 of us. The bed and pillow are comfortable. Each room has its own wifi, service is fast. It’s at convenient location with park, 7-11 and bus/ train stop nearby and free bikes for rental. Staff is friendly and supportive, we were asking for extra two blankets at night and received them right away. Free snacks and coffee at lobby. Free bottles of water in the room. The hotel will reimburse $100 ntd for parking per night.

The price for Saturday night is almost 3 times higher tgen for Friday night. Charging 3000 NT for Saturday night in this hotel is far too high.

The hotel recently changed policy that the check in does not start before 5 pm. This policy steals a day of a person regardless from whether you come for business or leisure. My room was facing a big boulevard, very noisy.

I like the location of this hotel it is very convinient for me. The bed is very comfortable and the room size is good for a short stay. I stay in this hotel once per month on average.
