staff were very warm and helpful. they would also check in on guests daily to ensure the stay is well addressed. view from the balcony is also great, and you can hear the sea from the balcony. beach and night market are within walking distance.

In spite of the "This hotel does not have a parking" mention on my Booking reservation document the receptionist gave me instructions on how to drive around the building where he was waiting for me (it was raining cats and dogs). He guided me to a big parking close to the hotel and he gave me an A4 format plasified sheet to leave on the dashboard. Free parking. Above expectation, thus. I had planned to park our car on a private parking some distance away. Very friendly and helpful people at the reception desk. The room was recently refurbished, the nice turquoise color on the walls was almost spotless. Balcony with table and chairs. Amazing view over Kenting Beach. The hotel has a back door leading to the parking and the main street which becomes a busy night market from 17:00 to 23:00 on most days. Just facing the front entrance a nice wooden bridge will lead you to the beach nearby. Perfect!

Great location is also has its price, the concert near by is too high, drump beatting all the night.

There’s a distinct smell in one room, but everything else is very good.

Staff at reception and on the room floors were excellent. They were very patient to allow for my limited Chinese language skills. The evening front staff man was particularly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay.

The room is clean, we were given a room facing the back alley. Price is reasonable, but there is limited facilities in the room. no cattle, no shampoo. There is free Water dispenser in the hall way with hot and cold water.

Should have stayed longer 😭

The sea view is AMAZING! How wonderful it is when you wake up and see the blue sky, waving palm tree and the sea. The room is clean, we like the king size bed, good size bathroom, a small sofa area, and a good size balcony. The water dispensers right outside the room which is very convenient for us. The location is only a minutes away from the main street. It was very joyful to chat with the brothers at the reception. They are extremely friendly and helpful. We have great great time here, will definitely come back.

The floor had some dust/sand before entering. It would have been nice if it was vacuumed or swept out a bit better.

Our room had the largest balcony in the hotel. We visited during Chinese New Year and got a free Sesame cake from the staff.

We love Kenting Coast Resort! This was our second time staying here and we will gladly stay here again in the future. The room size and view are fantastic. While I wish the bed was a regular king size bed instead of two smaller beds pushed together, there is nothing more relaxing than hearing the ocean from your hotel room. The staff was super friendly too! Thank you for helping us have a great trip.

breakfast is not available. also the reception is not 24 hours so watch out with late checkout, the staff waited for us anyways. in general all good!
