Booked 1 West & Japanese Style Room & 1 Deluxe Quadruple Room. Room size and beds are excellent for comfort. Love the bath tub, allowing guest to enjoy the hot spring bath in own room. Great experience to be in the 1 hour private jacuzzi room. Friendly staff. Nice view from balcony. Decent breakfast.

The bed is way too soft and uncomfortable.

The outdoor hot spring is beautiful and very comfortable. I love it so much!! The boss of the resort is also very helpful and friendly.

A ‘long’ walk to the outdoor pools when the temperature is below ten degrees. Very basic facilities in the changing room which is very cold. Not recommended to use in winter.

pity the outdoor cold pool wasn’t in operation then - reportedly weather dependent. Quite a lot of mosquitoes in the area

loved the hot springs, how there are a variety of pools to enjoy and instructions on how to use them. preferred the outdoor hot springs to the indoor one which felt slightly stuffy

Great location far in, serene and quiet. Food was great. The jacuzzi was private and great to use. The spas were of great temperature and not crowded.

Generally good. Breakfast could be improved. Maybe forget about western - keep to fruits and cereals and offer more local selections.

We stayed in the room with triple beds. The scenery was so breathtaking from the balcony! The hot springs was lovely; there were so many choices of indoor private and outdoor hot spring pools to choose from.

One level of the spa was closed off, and I wish that had been made clear online. Also, I wish there were a genuine cold water pool, but the coldest one was still fairly warm

as this wasn't the peak period, for breakfast, they prepare small portions, and they don't really replenish. We wanted soya bean milk and the service staff got to tilt the container so that the soya milk could flow out. everything was a little dated, and furniture a little worn out .

We really enjoyed the jacuzzi and the outdoor hot spring. Rooms were very spacious. Lovely view of the moutains from the corner room . Staff are friendly as well. Good place to chill and relax.

The hotel is very comfortable. The owner makes guests feel incredibly welcome, and spent time chatting with us. We decided to eat dinner at the hotel for convenience and it was incredibly tasty and cheap - highly recommended. Good breakfast also. The pools are excellent, a lovely way to relax in nature.

i had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! facilities are a little bit old, but i don’t think any hotels around offer anything similar. there were pretty much no one staying at the same time, so I had all public area for myself. i am a vegetarian and a chef made me amazing dinners.

Hotel / room / restaurant are a bit run down. It’s on a weekday, not many guests, so only set dinner available, average local food.

Water refilling stations in lobby, n each floor. Family private spa room on roof top but no view.

Wife got multiple bed-bug bites. Water in tap and shower smelled heavily of sulfer. First room smelled heavily of laquer.

Hot springs were beautiful. Management was responsive to reported issues.
