The whole hostel is very clean, And the atmosphere is pleasant, there is quiet music in the common area and the owner leaves cookies for guests. I liked the decor very much.

The mattrass is quite thin, I think this could be improved to make sleeping a little bit more comfortable.

Very swift communication through WhatsApp (as there is no reception). The hostel is very nice. Clean and the dorms are spacious enough. Really liked the fact that there was free laundry (plus free laundry detergent). Communal area and small kitchen were also great!

The property was quite dusty in places. There was a frosted glass window in the bedroom so light comes through if the room next door has their light on.

Very cosy and quiet hostel. You really feel at home. The 4-bunk-bed room is perfectly equipped. Enough space in the bathroom. Washing machine for free, also tea or coffee. You got everything you need. The common room is cose.

The bunk I had was next to the wall/window of the next room which meant that if they had the light on it would disrupt my sleep.

Super cute and comfortable place in Chiayi! We had bikes as we were cycling Taiwan Route 1 and the owners provided a safe place for us to keep our bikes inside! There are also so many nice snacks and drinks that they provide for you in the lovely common area downstairs. The beds are clean and comfortable and the bathroom had everything you needed.

There was no one in person for check in.

The place was quiet and chill. Free laundry. Close to downtown. A short walk from the bus station and train station. Self check in, but quick reply on messenger if you had any questions. Everything was key punch activated.

The only thing I didn’t like very much was the mattress… Not firm enough and kinda sink in, but that being said I still had a good enough sleep.

Great facilities with a nice little kitchen / co work space downstairs. Lovely bright room and comfy bed. Also good lighting options and storage which isn't always the case. Lots of nice places nearby - try Cafe-In around the corner. Easy check in and secure.

The beds are a tiny bit on the hard side, but not too bad.

This is exactly what you want from a hostel. It’s very clean and very quiet. I stayed twice, once on a weekend when the room was full and once on a weekday when I was the only person in the room. I really enjoyed the whole set up and felt very comfortable here.

Communication with Hostel was very straightforward and uncomplicated. Price is very good and amenities are plentiful. Clean roomes and sanitary bathroom.

There was only one bathroom for 8 people. Sometimes we had to queue up.

The ambience was great. Quiet classical music in the lounge. Quiet halls, comfy beds, above average cleanliness. Recommended for getting a peaceful night's sleep.

Whilst everything is clean, the showers felt out of place and old compared to the rest of the hostel. There’s no staff at the hostel. Whilst this wasn’t a problem for me, it can be for others.

Location was very good and easy to access alishan from KM Hostel. Staff was very hospitable and even bought us desserts on our last night there. Very near night market as well so you can easily buy food and takeaway to eat at the hostel. Overall a 10/10 experience
