Little bit sterile. Not very relaxed . Automated checkin not personable. I felt like the staff were fulfilling a function and not able to be themselves.

The breakfast choice was the same every day and some of the hot stuff was allowed to get cold. The restaurant ( for dinner and breakfast) is not in the same building as the Serenity bedroom

The location was very good for visiting the Taroko National Park but the hotel was isolated and the surrounds were not attractive. There was nothing of interest within a 5km radius. Restaurant was good and that was a bonus as there was almost nowhere else to eat.

The location was difficult to travel from but the staff helped in getting taxi. There is nothing nearby so you need to eat all your meals at the hotel.

Everything. Phenomenal breakfast, bubble tea, outdoor pool, sauna, steam room, proximity to the beach, free bikes. Free yoga class was fun. excellent service. Great views from room. Clean and spacious room with a large bathtub. exceptionally helpful staff.

The only thing I didn't like was that the pool and sauna were in the other building (1min walk) so look well where you're booking

Everything. The staff in the front desk are always willing to help. I met a staff at a stand serving Tainan’s steam rice was superb, who served the dish and made a brief introduction to me. She was doing a great job.

You have to walk to the other building for breakfast and other facilities. The view from quad-rooms is literally looking at into a building site and opposite floors, so expect to fork out more money for elevated/sea views since you are in a $$$ hotel already.

Best suited for people visiting Taroko National Park- the hotel has a separate hostel connected. The rooms are new and beds are amazing. EXCELLENT BREAKFAST . There are convenient stores nearby for a quick bite and they have restaurants inside the complex, the beach is only 2 minutes walk away. Hotel has a pool and hot spa.

Hotel was surprisingly packed, restaurant was noisy with many items in the menu unavailable at dinner time. Junior suite at Serenity has limited space. Bathroom has rust stains probably due to the closeness to sea.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is in a beautiful location surrounded by mountains and sea. Fantastic view. Good breakfast but mainly Asian options.

The sink in the wash basin has the system of no drainage which is not practical at all. Meaning you have to put your hand inside and open the drain

There are some hotel buildings own by the same company but difficult to differentiate which building the particular room type is located, further these buildings are not connected with shelter walkway, so it will be very inconvenient during raining season.

The breakfast spread was fantastic with good quality. Room is clean and good quality feel of the room design. Perfect stay for visiting tqhe Taroko Gorge.

Nothing at all, perfect stay. Oh and we stayed in the "Tranquil" building which IMO is the best one - it is on the same property as 2 other blocks.

We got upgraded to a higher floor. The corner room 1001 was PERFECT, having a view of both the mountains and the coast. Amazing square bathtub facing the coast. TV with connectivity to cast, seperate toilet with bidet and a did i talk about the shower + bathtub? Breakfast till 1300hrs, which makes it perfect to do an early trip to the Taroko (which is <20 min drive) come back check out and then settle for a meal! Dinner (alacarte) was amazing. They have meal plans but as we booked on booking.com those options were not apparent.
