We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

New ZealandLot more improvement required on coffee (at the lobby) and breakfast. Many options for breakfast however more work need to be done on the taste. Restaurant staffs seemed to be quite nervous maybe the manager was checking their works all the time which was quite annoying to watch.
spacious room with two single beds, clean and tidy bathroom, friendly staffs who is ready to be helpful. Really appreciated the cares and attention paid by the security when we came back in the evening.

United KingdomThe location means you have to use taxis or hire a car. It seems impossible for foreigners even with an international driving license to rent scooters but cars are Ok. The staff made the phone call to book the rental for us.
Large comfortable room and a welcoming spacious lobby. The staff really tried to help as much as possible. The breakfast was also good. There are a small number of restaurants within walking distance.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Hotel is relatively new and very well furnished. It’s also exceptionally clean and room is large and comfortable. The hotel provides bicycles for free rental to guests too.

United StatesThe coffee shop sells itself as a Starbucks but it’s really just an automatic coffee machine. This is fine but the price didn’t really match what it was.
The hotel was nice, clean and has friendly staff. The rooms were comfortable. The on site laundry works better than most places I’ve stayed at and the indoor gym has everything you need for staying in shape while traveling.

Not many western food options but still plentiful. A little far from the bus and train station but still walkable, The bus station has the times for the bus to Taroko Gorge. What a fantastic place to visit.
