Bad is dint have any lift provided for the staying, so need early inform for prefer lower floor staying. There is limited parking for staying, either parking at parking lots nearby of MRT new beitou with their shutter bus services.

Nice for a hot tub bath provided, so can enjoy the hot spring within your in-house bathroom. The location is good enough closer to Beitou market for breakfast & travel to some famous hot spots.

The air con is abit old with stale smell.

There was a small hot spring tub in our own room, the hot water was the spring water that was directly from the mountain. The room is a Japanese Oriental Style Room with two big beds. There was smart tv and fast speed wifi which allow smooth casting of show from YouTube/Netflix/WeTv app from handphone. There was two toilet area in the room, toilet with toilet bowl and shower was separated from the toilet with the hot spring tub.

As soon as we left it turned out to us that the "strange" bath is actually a bath of Hot Sprjng water and it's a shame we didn't know. It's a shame that the receptionist didn't explain to us that we entered the hotel.

The location to far for any shop.

Didn't take the breakfast as the only serve very basic dish and not really worth the price. I opt to go nearby breakfast shop to take similar type with much lower price. Is located quite a distance from commercial area. So do buy all necessary things before go to the hotel. No lift in the hotel but they have staff to help carry your luggage to the room. The hot spring bath in room is nice.

The room was confortable and the private hot spring was great! The hotel is near the central area so it's easy to walk around and get food in the morning. Lots of stalls for breakfast food as well as a market nearby.

The web site shows breakfast available, but when I get there they said my room rate not included breakfast, so I ask if I can pay extra so I can have breakfast, than they tell me kitchen wont open during weekday. LOL....this hotel in the middle of no where, up in the hill in resident area, if they will advise me earlier, will pick up food before check in will be nice, they only have stairs, but the guy refuse to give me any lower level, but give me the 5 floor, OMG with my bag (they did offer to take my bag up) it was difficult to get up there. Than a mosquito follow me around, Overall, is very outdated hotel.

Their bathtub, 2 of them in one tiny room...it was cheap with hot spring in the room, I paid around 60 USD.

The cleanliness is disturbing. When we entered our room, the sheets were stained on one bed and also had a hole. The other bed had a long strand of hair underneath the sheets. With these indications, I’m guessing the sheets and pillowcases weren’t washed and changed. There was also a giant cockroach in our room. In addition, there wasn’t a double or chain lock to make me feel secure during the night.

I liked how we are provided free transportation from XinBeitou MRT station to the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. And the hot spring water is nice and authentic. The free breakfast was also nice although it’s not provided everyday. The room was overall comfortable with nice flooring, fluffy pillows, and good air conditioning.

The window in the bathroom went into another room, not another hotel room, but this mysterious inner room with a wardrobe, aggressive lighting, janitorial supply storage etc. The other went out onto an alarmingly damp and close other roof. The tub was small. Definitely not worth the price, would avoid.
