1. Lot’s of ants… do not leave any food or drink in the room. 2. Not many breakfast places around. 3. Hotel does not have an elevator, so try not to bring any heavy luggage with you.

Lovely cozy hotel with great ocean view. The staffs were helpful, who tried to speak English for us. Only 5min away from the night market, which is located just fine distance away from the noise. The view is great!!!

Brilliant location (right on the sea but only 5 minutes walk from the night market), super clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and free ice cream! All in all, it's totally brilliant.

Great location with great unobstructed view of the ocean from balcony. Easy walk to the night market. Close to most of the sites to see and easy parking around the corner from the hotel. Free ice cream in the lobby!

Hmm. Nothing springs to mind.

The view of the beach and the sea from our balcony was perfect. The room was really nice. Coffee, soft drinks, tea, breakfast - all good! But, above all, the owner and his wife were the kindest, friendliest most helpful people in the world. They speak very good English. Thanks to Jenny, I got an appointment in a phone repair shop in Hengchun to replace my broken screen which had made my phone inoperable. I can’t thank them enough for their help.

Room was small. We sat out a typhoon here and stayed dry and had power but felt like the windows would cave in. A couple rooms did have water intrusion, but not ours. The breakfast, ordered in advance, seemed like a 7-11 purchase.

Good location about 5min walk to the bus station and across the street from a park that faces the beach. Very kind owner. No power or hot water issues.

Best location, near KENTING DA DAO, very nice host. Sea view from the room, quite and lovable. The only problem is the room size, bit small for four of us, of course as a family size INN, it's good enough.

The water temperature in the shower is hard to control. It's either too hot or too cold.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, right next to Da-Wan Beach and only a 10-minute walk to Xiao-Wan. The room was clean with a king-size bed. The owner offers thoughtful services, including complimentary beverages and ice cream in a spotless common area, as well as towels and a cleaning area on the terrace. This hotel is a perfect choice for those without a car, as it's easily accessible by public transportation or a short taxi ride to the forest recreation area. Highly recommended!

I have stayed at this hotel many times in the last five years. It is a super convenient location for athletes competing in events such as XTERRA, triathlons and various road races throughout the year. It is also great for leisure trips to the beach and/or the night market. The couple that own the hotel are lovely. I've often sat and had a coffee with them. The free breakfast is tasty, and they also provide complimentary ice cream throughout the day! Unless you are going to splurge on somewhere like Gloria Manor, this hotel should rank high on your list. It is comfortable, convenient and good value for money. From my experience it is often fully booked quite far in advance during the summer and on race weekends so I advise booking early to make sure you don't miss out.

The air con is slightly tricky to tune it to a mode where you feel extremely comfortable while sleeping.

The best thing about it is the proximity to kenting Main Street and the beach. Nice view from room is a plus in a good morning. Snacks, drinks and ice cream freely offered to us are so welcoming! Owner will show you where to park after checking in which is good!

Just a note that breakfast is more of a prepared takeaway snack. Difficult to understand the options if you don’t speak mandarin. Perhaps they could better communicate the options. All tasty though and timed for your convenience.

Great location that feels a world apart from the madness on main st and offers views over the ocean from the top floor room. Easy nearby parking. Some complimentary drinks and ice cream which was thrilling for our daughter. Comfortable bed and strong shower. Towels for the beach.

I stayed for two nights - the team was more than helpful with me. They helped me check on buses, found me some friends to share a car with, helped me to move my luggage to a second room when needed and helped me manage my drying clothes that was picked and put in my room. Next level support and definitely deserves a 11/10

Nothing. It was so cute and fun and convenient.

We were upgraded to the penthouse suite. The ocean view was amazing!! Loved the loungers and upholstered, swinging bucket chair. The free drinks, cookies, chocolate and ice cream were all appreciated. Our host was kind and friendly. Loved all the little touches like providing beach towels and beach toys. So nice to relax in the lobby or on the patio out front. We didn’t have the breakfast, but it looked nice. Right across the street from the ocean. Loved the murals.

Perfect location nearly on the beach! Great breakfast and seating area. The room was very clean and there were some toiletries which was a nice surprise. I stayed in a room as it was described. It's basic but has everything you need. Some areas do show wear around the room. All in good working condition!
