TV didn't turn off and was shining all the time - had to take in off the electricity. We were in the highest floor so the sound of the rain was really loud.

The bathtub was really cool, whole bathroom is spacious. Bed was comfortable.

Our room didn't have a washing machine, but there was one in the hallway that we could use until 10 at night.

The hotel is right by the main subway station in Kaohsiung, which was super convenient for us. The check-in and check-out times are reasonable. The room was small but cozy and had everything we needed, like towels, shower gel, shampoo, a hair dryer, and air conditioning. The bed was really comfy. Just remember, the reception is on the 10th floor.

Room floor was very obviously slanted downwards (we nearly fell just standing/walking a few times in the room). It is quite pricey for what we got but we understand that it is a concert and game weekend.

I dislike the room's design which they arranged me a room with many staircases, I need to climb up a stair to my bed and climb two stairs to bathroom, gives me a knee ache. Check with staffs first before confirm.

No shower curtain or divider in the bath so the whole room would get wet when taking a shower. The AC was a little loud and I had to unplug what I assume was the air purifier or humidifier as it was impossible to sleep with how much noise it made.

The check-in staff was cold, and it didn't feel welcoming. The room was clean, and it is very close to the MRT (just a 2-minute walk) and also very close to the night market. I wouldn't mind staying there again.

They don't offer to make up the room. I had no issue at my previous lodging.

When I booked this hotel, I didn't know where exactly it was located. The cab driver pointed out to me that it was smacked right at the Liuhe Night Market, which would be difficult for vehicles to access after a certain time. However, that being said, a Night Market just right below your place of residence is something you would really want as a tourist in Taiwan. It was a great experience, and also, the self-service laundry is just a few doors away. The room is really cute and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again when I am in Kaohsiung.

no cleaning service available during my 3 night-stay. I need to go to the reception to get my towel and empty the rubbish bin myself. the towel and bedsheet is old. No luggage rack available.

The receptionist wasn't friendly and didn't speak English. I arrived at 2:45 pm, and she informed me that check-in was at 4 pm. I waited in the resting area, but there was no WiFi in that corner. Two other couples arrived after me and received their rooms before mine. I waited for 45 minutes, and the room was still not ready. I waited until 3:50 pm when she finally gave me the room key. I had booked a double room but received a Quadruple Room, which left half of the room space unusable. The bathroom had a bathtub but no curtain, causing the entire bathroom to get wet after a shower. The towels were old and torn. I was surprised that they provided such towels to customers. The only positive aspect was the location, as it was very close to the BTS Formosa Boulevard Station. However, there were very long stairways to Exit 11 for the hotel. With a big suitcase, I had to use the lift at Exit 9, which required an additional 100 meters of walking. Before checking in, I received a message from the hotel asking for a 10/10 review, which I found inappropriate. After this experience, I cannot give them a 10/10 rating. They would only deserve a 6/10.
