Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South KoreaMy initial room reeked of cigarettes and there was spring almost bursting through the bed. I then insisted on changing rooms because of this. The second room I was given had small blood stains on the bedsheet, black unknown marks on the duvet (I wasn’t even given a proper duvet, it was more like a thin fleece blanket), and mould on the ceiling. The walls were paper thin and I could hear the guests next door breathing. There was also TWO cockroaches in this room. I ended up complaining once again and was upgraded to a much cleaner double room. This room was great and I thank the staff for helping me change rooms numerous times. However, I will never be staying at this hotel again and urge others not to. The cleanliness is disgusting and facilities are extremely outdated.
The staff were very understanding and helpful with my requests.

I like that the rate is affordable, room is clean and decent, so value for money is really good. Location is also good as it is walking distance to the Kaohshiung Arena Station. Staff are really nice and accommodating.

VietnamThe hotel is old and tidy. The staff is friendly and hospital, they gave us some canned juice when we arrived and left. It is very near to the MRT, just 3 min walk, convenient stores are around, hotpot, sushi restaurants are also nearby. Taiwanese kitchens are in front of the hotel. The hotel is also near to Carrefour super market 8 min to get there), Hanshin department store is mins walk. There are good coffee shops nearby.
