The only thing I can say is that if you're around 1.86m tall, it might be difficult to move in the capsule.

We booked this hostel for one night on Green Island. The owner of the place is the most friendly person on earth and try to help you if you wanna book scooters in order to move around the island, or if you wanna scuba diving. I booked the single room which was really nice. The bedroom was really clean and the bad super comfy. Also, you have a wonderful view on the sea in the morning and the evening. The common room is very spacious and allows you to eat, work, read, or meet other guests. I traveled during Lunar New Year so it was the capsules where pretty empty which makes the place very quiet at night (perfect for light sleeper). I do recommend to go to the only hot spring on the island especially before sunset.

Room can be slightly cramped so just be prepared for that. Wish the room had more utility hooks to utilize the wall space.

The owner of the place David was amazing, he speaks very good english and was very tentative of any needs. The pool is very cool, it faces the ocean and lights up blue at night. The rooms were pretty fun, I enjoyed staying in a tube. Might be a little small but the price is pretty good. There's a common room area if you are in need of eating and doing any computer work.

David took care of everything,. He picked us up at the ferry, took us to the hotel and then to a scooter rental. He even gave us some driving lessons and was full of information and very supportive. The hotel itself was just fantastic.

The only thing I didn't enjoy was the noise that each individual pod fan makes, if you're a light sleeper you will wake up. These can be shut down if the person in the other pod wants it.

The host welcomed me really well, it was really nice to chat with him and learn a lot about green island and Taiwan. I will be back.

The only thing I disliked was the bathroom. It was incredibly dirty. The toilets, the shower, the sink were all dirty. Given the high price I’m paying, I’d expect the bathroom to be clean.

One of the best hostels in Taiwan. David, the host, is very friendly. He takes an interest in you and is keen to help. I arrived at Green Island with no cash but David let me pay for the accommodation in GBP and gave me change in TWD which was very useful as I was unable to get cash from the ATM and most places on the island only accept cash. The hostel is less than a 5min scooter drive away from the harbour next to a quiet beach so you’re far away from the crowds and town and can see the stars at night.

There was a night that lots of noises from the guesses near the room but once I informed the manager it got solved soon after.

Nothing - we loved it! I just wish we had stayed there as soon as we arrived on the island.

- The property owner/manager David was so kind and so helpful. He literally saved our stay on Green Island! We were initially staying at another place on the island but decided to change accommodation due to a bad experience, so we booked this place very last minute. David came to pick us up and took a lot of his time to explain how everything works in the room and the hotel and provided us a lot of information on the island and a map. He then took us to the scooter rental place and taught us how to drive the scooter. He did his best to communicate with us and could speak decent English. Thank you so much David! - The room is quite small but modern, clean and very well equipped. The bed was comfortable. Everything was working just fine. - The view on the ocean when you wake up is just amazing. - There are laundry facilities to wash your clothes.

Beautiful hostel with modern and clean rooms. The beds in the 6 beds room have their own door providing extra privacy. There’s a terrace with a beautiful view of the sea and as the accommodation is located in a calm and quiet location (although still pretty close to the harbor and the town), lot of stars can be seen in the night sky in the case of nice weather. There’s also a small pool with an awesome view of the ocean. The best thing about this accommodation is the host. David is extremely helpful and friendly and really goes the extra mile to make the stay as good as possible. If I ever find myself traveling to the Green Island again, I will definitely book this place again.

It's going to be even better when the pool is finished!

This place is a gem! Everything is convenient and well planned. I loved that there was a little beach across the road where I could swim or tan, or I could relax on a lounger and watch the ocean a few steps away from my room. The rooms and bathrooms are great, with everything you need. I wish I could stay longer!
