We had a room without a window; which was ok, but the room needed bedside lamps! The reading lights were too harsh when the kids were trying to sleep, and there weren’t any small lamps

The location was fantastic, right by the metro station and shopping areas. The beds were comfortable and the room a good size. Breakfast was ok, and the options changed each day. WiFi was good, and the bathroom was huge with a good shower

There are some rooms without a window but as I was there for only a week it was fine for me

When in Taipei I am choosing to always stay at GreenWorld Zhongxiao mainly because of its location being just steps away from Zhongxiao Dunhwa station and also close to Main Street shops and very good restaurants

Using disposable cutlery for breakfast - not so enviromental friendly, got room next to main road which is a bit noisy during busy traffice hours

Excellent location next to Zhongxiao Dunhua station, friendly staffs and spacious room, walking distance to shopping malls and restaurants, also 2 stations away from Sogo shopping malls

For breakfast they use single use paper plates and cups and plastic cutlery. So much extra litter for nothing especially for such a big hotel.

The outside of the windows are quite dirty, and we couldn't see out of them. Paid extra for our kids' room to have a window, but it was tiny. Disposable plates and utensils used at breakfast - doesn't seem to be very ecologically friendly despite the hotel's wish to be 'environmentally friendly' by cutting back on housekeeping service. Lobby area quite small.

Conveniently located in a good shopping area and close to MRT station. Beds very large and comfortable. Bathroom clean and up-to-date with bathtub. Breakfast good, and the area for eating accommodates large number of people. Good value for the money. Housekeeping service is limited but requesting full service was very easy. (Communication by hotel staff was very clear about it.)

The lobby is small and crowded at times. The elevator is pretty rundown.

Although it’s located around many restaurants, had difficulty finding a reasonably priced place to eat where it’s not fully booked.

Although the building is old, it is surprisingly well maintained and is located centrally. Was there for the NYE celebrations and was able to walk to the location easily and leave easily after the party.

Parts of the room were dusty. There were stains on the carpet too. If you are assigned to 14th floor, you will have to take 2 elevators. Elevators felt sketchy too.

Walkable to and from Sun Yat Sen (for watching fireworks). Breakfast was decent. Staff are helpful. Comfort room is clean and spacious. The metro station (zhongxiao dunhua) is just a few meters away.

No heater. I stayed 1 night in this room at level 12 that has no window, ceiling feels lower. The room is cold despite switching off the aircon. The 2nd night i stay in another room on level 6, the room is not as cold. So i think there is a difference.

Checking out could be up till noon as check in is at 3 p.m. Although the hotel holds your luggage, the lobby is so cramp with luggages all over the front desk area. There are items that need to be asked for like bathrobes an items for the room.

The rooms withe the large king size beds were comfortable and spacious. The cleanliness of the room with daily towel changes were outstanding. The buffet breakfast spread was also with good variety.

The down side, Bed room is make up only on 4th day. House keeping everyday to clear the dustbin only and refill the drinking water bottle. Hotel request to pay deposit for borrowing umbrella or adapter. What a turn off.

Location is good, very near to train station. Near by has two Family Mart and two 7 Eleven. Bed is firm, pillow not too soft. We slept well with no window room. Breakfast is good.
