The hotel provided free washer and dryer for laundry, but the dryer can be used for light clothes only because the heater was not strong.

The hotel room is clean and comfy. Room size ok for two persons with two luggages. The hotel location is good, just in front of exit from taipei main station. After check in, the hotel staff recommended us to use back lift to the hotel reception and room. There was no queue and lift waiting time was short.

The room was small compare to similar size of property and was not value for money. I expect bigger bedroom based on the amount of money I paid.

carpet looks so dirty

very close to the taipei main station which is very convenient. we had tours planned and since most meeting place is within this place it was easy to navigate with my 73 year old mother i loved the pillow room is very cold it has hot water, heated toilet seats, bidet and they checked us early so thank you!

It is hard to locate the hotel( as there is no sign outside) as you have to enter the mall and find the lifts to lobby 5. One of the entrances closes at 11pm, have to skirt around if u missed it). Patience might eventually pay off. The room is small and no window(ventilation is not the best + the entire hotel and rooms are carpeted). Hard mattress and noisy bed frame(the platform bed frame doesn have firm structure causing the squeaking). Sound proofing is poor, you can hear people’s phone ringing, people talking along the walkway.

Location of the mall(where the hotel is) is right above Taipei Main Station. Staffs are friendly and efficient. It is a fairly new hotel. Laundry/washer + dryer usage is free (detergent is payable via coin machine). Shower and toilet is new and clean. Vending machine is available on level 5 where the lobby is.

I found the room to be a little on the noisy side - when I was laying in bed, I could clearly hear people talking and walking in the hallway, and I think in the room next door. This was not the biggest inconvenience, though, and easily fixed with some earplugs.

Great location next to taipei main station, and surrounded by convenience stores, shops, food stalls, and more. There are many attractions withing walking distance. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating, and provided luggage storage when I arrived on an early morning flight. The room was on the small side, but still had the essentials. Note that the lifts at the front of the building are shared with many floors, so you could be waiting 10+ minutes. There were three lifts at the back of the building, which only serviced a few floors and were much quicker - the staff were helpful in pointing these out to me.

Waiting for the lifts to arrive during peak hours can take a while, and even when they do arrive it is crowded. Additionally, the rooms have no windows, and the humidity in them are low.

Convenience stores, coffee shops, Taiwan’s local food, and, most importantly, the main station are a stone’s throw away from the hotel’s building. The front desk staff was so kind as to allow us early check-in after confirming that our rooms were ready.
