Location was perfect, next to the train station. Renovated and updated rooms and public area. Has a rooftop with scenic views. Water machine was very convenient on each floor. Gourmet breakfast freshly made daily.

The was clean and renovated. The staff were kind and informative. The breakfast was decent. It's located near the bus terminal for taroko gorge.

It was everything we wanted it to be. The room was clean and comfortable and the service was friendly and helpful. The hotel is just steps from the train station. We were only there for one night, to visit Taroko Gorge, so the location was perfect. Gave us a good dinner recommendation nearby, and arranged for a driver to the gorge for the following day.

It was a little difficult at first communicating with most of the staff. The slippers were too small for my big feet. The light switches for the room are all the way at the beds, which seems counter intuitive.

The breakfast was delicious; truly it was the highlight of the stay and the beverage selection was great. The location is super convenient for the mall and super close to the train station too. The staff were all friendly and the amenities were exactly what we needed. One staff in particular, the breakfast attendant (don't know name or title), was very conversational and helpful, she was so helpful to make sure the stains in one of our garments didn't derail our plans.

The hotel was just opposite the train & bus station. A small hotel but it is comfortable & with friendly staffs. The room is big & clean. There are 5 types of breakfast to select with buffet cereals, bread, coffee & tea. There is also free snack after 8pm.

Our room was a bit smelly but once we opened the window to let the air flow, it was ok.

The staff are very friendly. They cant speak English much but trying to help us using Google Translate. The breakfast is wonderful and yummy. The room is spacious.

Would have appreciated more options on the breakfast menu. 5 fixed menu items were available (some could be made vegetarian), and our family of 4 stayed 3 nights so we pretty much exhausted the menu by the 2nd morning. The food was definitely decent, and they had a mini bar of drinks/cereals/plain bread with spread available.

Location was great - you can see it the moment you get out of the train station, perfect if you're traveling with family/ or have a tight train schedule to keep. The room itself was clean and pleasant to stay in. The staff was also very responsive to any issues I had throughout my stay.

We can hear the waterfall (that goes to B1) on the 2nd floor (thought it was rain at first) and would like to see sleepwear provided if possible?
