My wife and I spent 6 nights at the hotel and we were very satisfied - staff, cleanliness, quality of the restaurant. If we visit Taipei again during our travels, this hotel will be a clear choice for us. The hotel is very accessible and conveniently located if you want to explore Taipei - there are bus stops near the hotel and a subway station a short distance away where two lines (orange and green) cross. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful - they always helped us and answered our questions. The room was clean and tidy - every day room service cleaned the room meticulously, changed towels and restocked the minibar. The beds were the right firmness - we woke up refreshed every day. Breakfasts were rich and tasty, there was a small change each day, we didn't miss anything. We had dinner twice in the hotel restaurant - the food was delicious and the staff attentive and friendly.

The rooms are modern and clean. Housekeeping is always top notch. And the staff are so friendly and helpful. We can’t thank them enough for their hospitality. Will stay here again when we’re back in Taipei!

Emma who works front desk at Parkview was super nice and helpful! She anticipated guest needs even before me asking, like offering us water bottles and even chasing after us to show us the quickest way to get to the metro, she honestly made the experience so nice for us. It wasn't as close to the metro as I anticipated but it was a nice stay overall, rooms were decent size, clean and well appointed.

After having extremely accommodating and helpful service, i promised the staff at Parkview Taipei that i will leave a review. many thanks to hotel manager Chris and hotel staff Emma for their help. On the evening I checked-in, I unfortunately needed to head back to Singapore on the earliest flight the next day due to an emergency. As i had booked through booking.com, the initial policy was that i could not get a refund on any of my nights (i had booked for 3 nights). The staff were extremely understanding, and went out of their way to try to find a solution for me (into the late night) despite the limitations. They helped me contact the agency and arranged internally within the hotel. In the end I managed to get a refund for my last night. Many thanks for the kind service, and I must say that the rooms were very nice, modern and cozy. Was a pity that I could not stay longer! Highly recommend!

Breakfast was the only real issue. Apart from that it was a great place to stay for a few days.

The location was good with a walk to the MTR about 10 minutes. We ended up having dinner in the restaurant several times and it was excellent quality and good value. Breakfasts were not so good as most of the things that should be hot were just luke warm as the serving dishes were left open. Front desk staff were very helpful in helping us work out the train system etc.

The staffs were really helpful to carry our luggage during check in and when I request for cable for charging. They respond very quickly to that.

The aircon was quite noisy, also overlooked, I had to draw blinds in the daytime to use bathroom. However, not a great problem.

The staff were super helpful and friendly. Th location close to metro and the room was very clean.Great little hotel.

- in a great and safe neighborhood. Up & down the blocks there are many local eats, if local eats are you thing. & cute Coffee shops . - Staff are friendly and helpful - room is really well designed, with cove lights in the room (& in corridor ) for good ambience . & pelmets to block out day light adequately as needed . Obviously good thought has been put into the Interior Design. - Bathroom good too, with ToTo washlets as luxury hotel would . - crispy linens and fluffy duvet .

Very comfortable, quiet room. Staff were wonderful. Some great offers in the bar/restaurant if you’re too tired to eat out. Very reasonable transfer price to and from airport.

Not located in a very central place but the mrt station nearby is a 10-15mins walk so travelling to other parts of city was still considered as convenient.

The location is nice but not so close to the MRT station. It is not so easy to reach especially when you have a large luggage. Moreover, the price is a bit high in general.

Locate in the city center with access to reach all different shops, The bed is comfy and the room is really big with washlet in the toilet, quite fancy.

The wifi went in/out a couple of times.

Staff really helpful. They help us to make massage reservations and tips on how to take subway/bus to the restaurants we made reservations at. Room nice and comfy. Food is good, esp. 50% off for 2 if we eat there.
