Hotel is relatively new, location fairly decent but not easily accessible via public transport. Staff are wonderful and very helpful.

Netflix or tv connections in the bedrooms could be more stable & consistent. Otherwise, all was great.

2-bedroom suite was clean and comfy. TV channels included Netflix, YouTube, Disney, etc. Transportation via taxis were convenient.

The location is a bit far from popular tourist destinations. But it wasn’t a big issue.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and of great value. Room service is also great with free bottle water and snacks refill every day. I ended paid less to enjoy a better stay in this hotel than the one in Taipei. Highly recommended it to anyone who plans to visit Taichung!

their breakfast was great. the room was very clean, and comfy. the mirror in the room was cool, it illuminated from the border of the mirror. we liked the bathroom the most probably because of using the bathtub and my skin could tell their good-quality wash gel and shampoo.

Should consider to add on some luggage space with stands and more clothes hanging bars/hooks? The room is spacious and comfortable but not too functional as it should've been, keep it up and everything will be perfect.

Reception was friendly and helpful at all time! We spent the first two nights at Spring Rhapsody and spent subsequent two nights at Autumn Willow, it has cooler and darker theme and way more spacious the room type we chose, the only drawback was we did not have enough hanger/hooks for our towels and clothes in such a huge room, management should have upgrade a luggage stand and adding on some hooks on wall for the ease of travelers, but overall it was a lovely stay experience compared to most of the branded hotels in Taichung City.

The room did not have a great view. It also was awkward from where you checked in to the lift where we accessed the rooms. Had to walk past the smokers who worked in the same building.

Everything in the room and lobby was brand new. It was stylish, and well laid out and spacious.

Fairly good value for money. The room is spacious and clean. Coffee maker inside with a big bathtub. However the hotel locates fairly far from the station and almost near no natural light as the room was facing inside yards.

Mosquitos problem at 11th floor room in Dec. (cannot reach that high). Had more than 15 bites for my daughter and about 5 for myself the first day. Told staff so gave me plug in mosquitoes killer. Still kill more than 15 mosquitoes that night myself. My daughter now has scars on her face. Otherwise everything else is great

The room had a musty smell. It could be refreshed before we checked in. There’s no proper beds, just a low platform of about 10 cm. Not ideal.
