Considering there are so many rooms at basement level, the sound proofing is very poor. I know you can't do much about loud guests, but I can hear the "ambient" music from the hallway inside my room and it stays on until 10pm. Additionally I couldn't figure out how to turn off all lights without using the master switch which then turns off the aircon but also turns on a night light?? Eye mask and ear plugs are essential!

Good location in Ximending not far from xiemen metro, so easy to get around. Laundry facilities are available. If you mention at check in they will give your key card access to the correct floor

Did not feel like I was a guest more like a statistic the check-in process was confusing they're trying to automate everything and I get it we are in 2024 but there's a point where he gets a little bit too much and the buffet was not at the hotel it was next door literally 10 seconds away no big deal but I would give the buffet a solid seven and a half no sweets or any type of dessert but overall good

Buffet is ok but I hope there will be different choices everyday. Toilet and bath is separated which is ok, but I hope there's a bidet. But I will definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel.

Hotel is 8-10 min walk to ximending night market and the ximen station. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. 711 and family mart is also a close one so you won't left hungry. Staff is also nice amd a big help to some of oir inquiries.

Hotel layout - It looks like a maze so you will get lost at first or if you try to go to your room while drunk

Location - It's close to the Ximending Night Market, Bus stations and train stations. Room - The room is spacious for 6 people with enough space for luggage. They replenish the toiletries, and coffee that you use every clean. They also provide you with a new set of towels. Self check-in - It's amazing if you prefer a contactless check-in but if you struggle with technology, you may struggle a bit as the front desk has limited English.

Paid the booking in advance. Charged me extra during check in eventhough i already paid in advance and was informed it will be refunded the next day. Later, upon check out, I followed up regarding the refund, another staff said that I will be refunded after 7-21days. There was no clear information.

Stylish and comfortable hotel in the central location in Taipei. Close to some bars, restaurants, metro and train stations so easy to move around both by walking or public transport. Rooms are small, but very stylish and comfortable compared to other hotels in Taipei. By the way, I was working from the hotel room - WiFi connection was good enough for video calls (of course, my room was not in the basement - some comments indicated that there might be issues with WiFi in the basement rooms).

The only negative point is the breakfast. This is served offsite in a restaurant nearby. The quality is not the best and it is always the same food. The last day we just skipped. Pity as the food scene in Taiwan is great and breakfast could be considerably improved.

The location is very convenient and staff extremely helpful. Rooms quite big and comfortable. Quite unique hotel, post-industrial design. Reasonable prices.

It was so easy to find and it a great location to walk to so many things! Also short Uber or bus rides to further away things! I would definitely stay again! The rooms were adorable and I liked that there was plenty of space in the lobby to sit and hangout if it was too early to check in or if you just wanted more space to eat dinner.
