We stayed a night and our kids wanted to stayed longer. The rooms are big and clean, beds were very comfortable, toilet was huge and there was even a big changing area. Practical charging points location. Friendly staff. Check in was a breeze. Location is near the night market, there’s also a lot of nice food stall around.

The front desk is not manned 24/7. However, you just need to message them if you need to store your luggage earlier and they will respond fast.

The room was spacious and clean. I liked that the toilet, washbasin and bath areas are all separated which is good for 4 ladies sharing a room. Everyone could use the bathroom at the same time which allowed us to sleep in a bit more. The bath area was humongous, you could fit a queen size bed in it. Location was also convenient. Many good eateries nearby and comfortable walking distance to the night market as well. We left an item behind at Pin House and the staff were responsive. We are grateful that they helped us courier it to our Taipei accommodation so quickly and we received it the next day.

The staff wasn't super helpful with booking us a taxi, because he claimed to not know what time we were going to check out and they only start work at 10am. He merely told us that there was a taxi stand behind the hotel, so we went to look for it ourselves. Things worked out in the end, and it was a small incident, but still left a bad impression. Everything else was great though.

Two of us booked the loft room for three, and the room was huge and comfortable for the two of us. Everything was very clean, the beds were soft but comfortable, and the overall environment was good. Bathroom was really spacious, with a comfortable bathtub, and toiletries provided for. There is also a lift in the building. Place is located right on a main street in Hualien, so it was really easy to walk around to do some shopping and find food to eat. It's only a short walk to the night market, and a quick taxi ride from the Hualien train station. Would stay here again if we ever return to Hualien.

Wish the hot water dispensed from the shower could be heated faster. Quite a lot of water wastage while waiting for hot water.

The location was fantastic. Many eateries and shops located within walking distance This minsu is really new and cosy. Extremely spacious and well value for money.

we were looking for some help at 730 pm and the front desk left already . I did spot a hair on my bed which made me wonder about the cleanliness but apart from that everything was spotless

Their policy is to remove our shoes in ground floor before we enter the room!! Staff is not there most the time No service available, even vending machine

At the lobby, had to change to their rubbery slippers and leave our shoes there. Inconvenient when wanted to change shoes for the day.

Lift access to every floor. Good for elderly and heavy luggages. 10-15 mins walk to night market. Room size acceptable.

The desk is only from staffed 10am so it would be nice for foreigners to either have support via chat to book taxis since there is no Uber. Not many people speak english.

Simple, spacious, and clean. Location is 8 min from night market which has lots of great food.
