Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesWe had minor glitch with one of the in room safes. Problem was resolved by staff.
The staff were friendly & attentive, all three rooms were beyond expectations. Breakfast was as expected for a buffet style included in the price and had numerous options for both Western and Chinese style. We weren't expecting the following in our room, high quality tea, coffee, bottles of water, snacks, and beverages in the refrigerator. Actual potable drinking water system available in the room and if you preferred sparkling water, it is available down the hall next to the elevators. Parking available on site, be sure to have your license plate available at check in. Numerous restaurants and stores available in the immediate area (see map in your room guest folder). Money for value without question, would definitely stay again.

The interior of the hotel are very clean and well maintained. The amenities are well stocked with complimentary minibars snacks. The space in the family room is huge can hold up to 2 queen beds and a huge baby cot. There is a tv in the bathroom installed where the bathtub is. Baby bathtub are also provided. Even a drinking water tap installed in the bathroom. The breakfast is delicious and the staff are very friendly

We stayed for only 1 night between going to Sun Moon lake and Cingjing farm. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a rather luxurious bathroom with segregated toilet, shower and tub. The wardrobe was quite ingenious, sandwiched between the bathroom and the bedroom so it opens on either side and you can retrieve the clothes from it when changing in the bathroom. Hotel was very generous with the complimentary snacks (crackers, chips etc) and drinks (lemon tea, soft drinks, juice). The breakfast buffet has a big spread but unfortunately when we stayed, the whole town was doing a 5-day vegetarian fast as they were building a temple) so the breakfast were all vegetarian food

Towels were fluffy, bed was comfortable, room was clean. There is a TV for the tub, and a separate shower. Breakfast for NT$399 for 2 people was great! Buffet style; good amount of choices, and food was good. Great value compared to U.S.A. travel.

United Statesaccommodations for Karoke room. A crowd had last booked the Karoke room but left early and told us we can use the remaining time. we wanted to make sure this was okay, so we checked with one of the receptionist ladies who refused and said that’s now allowed, as we are suppose to book early. We the customers didn’t appreciate this and didn’t understand the inflexibility behind this policy. Another gentleman came out and let us know that would be fine and that we can use the Karoke room until the scheduled time was up. Quick and flexible thinking on the hotel gentleman’s part. staff should learn after him.

United StatesHotel room does not really come with a working desk and the lamp on the desk doe not work. Even as hotel management offer to a room switch but we have lay out stuff out. Also, the picture of the room showed quite fancy, but in reality, the room shows a lot of wear and tear. I was disappointed with the facility for the price I paid
The hotel staff went out of their way to help us resolve issues. Hotel breakfast is a very good one ! good parking downstairs is a plus. Large size room is a plus for comfort !

The hotel is very good value for money. amenities are new and well maintained and it has easy access to a clean and secure parking lot. The staff was professional and courteous.
