We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Location is superb! It is walkable distant to the train station and there is a bus stop in front of the hotel which has many buses to most attractions. Hotel has many amenities such as washers, dryers, snacks and even massage services. Room is warm, cosy and clean too!

The location was near to SOGO shopping mall near ZhongLi. We took bus 1818 from Taipei to the station just outside of the hotel, which was the most convenient option.

IndonesiaFirst of all, I check in really late around 9-10pm. I was trying to book for 2 room but suddenly the price change. Then the staff was unfriendly at the front desk and i asked for the supervisor, had a bargaining over the phone with a guy but he was SUPER RUDE and SHOUTING OVER THE PHONE. I gave the phone over to the receptionist because I dont want to argue anymore. Then after I checked in my room, suddenly 2 POLICE OFFICERS CAME AND ASK ME TO LEAVE THE HOTEL. The staff made a report and told those police officers to force me leave the hotel, police officers kept asking for my passport and roughtly throw away my luggage in the coridor. The police officer said the hotel didnt want to rent the room anymore to me. HUB HOTEL if you dont want to rent the room, PLEASE DONT ACCEPT MY MONEY IN THE FIRST PLACE AND IN MIDNIGHT CALL THE POLICE AND FORCE ME TO LEAVE! They are being racist because I cant speak Chinese and I was with my grandma who are 85years old and she was resting in bed while they were shouting and thowing away our stuffs!! You didnt have any respect towards elder people??? It was around 12am, such a NIGHTMARE, such a crazy experience! DONT EVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL, IF YOU DONT WANT A CRAZY NIGHT!!
