There was an issue with the sliding door in the bathroom, it got stuck but luckily I was on the bedroom side so I could call reception. They were unable to unlock the door but could not fix it until after check-out.

Very clean, comfortable & modern room. Friendly staff. Convenient location, very close to metro. Breakfast is in the Starbucks - per day that you stay there, you receive a number of points you can deduce in the Starbucks. While Starbucks' breakfast area is less cozy, it allows you to go to the Starbucks at any time of the day to use your points, which is great for people like me who skip breakfast.

Timing of room cleaning is bit late cosidering the size of the hotel. It was always after 4-5 PM. Since the hotel was located in the middle of Taipei, we would like to comeback and rest in our hotel room befoe going to the next visit but our room was being untidy so we could not relaxed. First request to clean up our room in the morning was ignored. Did not feel happy about the way house keeping staff attitude. We received applogy from facility manager later though.

the welcome drink voucher. one per person . that's fair enough. i don't mind to pay for another drink for my son (9 years old) but nothing good for him in the menu. and so i wasn't allow to have that welcome drink because my son cannot pick anything from the menu . we are not allowed to be seated.

i like the idea of using the starbucks credit, it allows us to have more flexibility on the choices of breakfast.

Just a constructive suggestion that the lounge bar stay open a bit later, be open 7/7, and offer a couple of other mixed drinks alternatives. Such a nice lobby.

I‘m giving this hotel a ten because it deserves its current average above 9. We would stay here again and would recommend it to others. Nice hotel, nice room, nice staff. Particularly convenient one stop away from the main train station if you want to use highspeed rail to see the west coast.

Stayed there as a solo traveller and the rooms were extremely comfy and clean. The staff were very polite and there was a very nice Starbucks downstairs.

The room although small was well designed and equip- ironing board & iron/hair dryer. I personally like the separate bathroom and toilet area. It is very near to the MRT station- less than 3 minutes walk. I like the breakfast at Starbucks. Also the fact that Starbucks is open only for guests at the hotel for breakfast.

The location was central. There is a 711 nearby. The staff was helpful and professional. The hotel itself and the room was clean. Loved the water pressure in the shower and bath. The elevator was quick and efficient. The lighting of the room was practical. The laundry room was free to use, it comes with detergent and softener. Overall a very comfortable stay.

None. Pretty outstanding

Breakfast was at the adjacent Starbucks, if you got up late there will be a long line. However, there are a lot of local eateries nearby, 2 7/11, and even a local grocery store. Public transport is easy to access and the hotel is lovely. Laundry is free and there are also dryers Bonus: we landed within a few hours of the massive earthquake, staff were reassuring and soon operated normally.

Hotel room was spacious and thoughtfully designed. Inititally somewhat disappointed to find no restaurant in hotel but Starbucks only. But breakfast turned out to be a pleasant experience as Starbucks was closed to outside customers during breakfast time. The venue with high ceiling and nice decor with plenty of good quality pastries and breads. Spa in hotel was excellent too with very nice stone massage. Thank you.
