Bathroom and bedroom decor very outdated. The tiles/grout in the bathroom were old and dirty. Room and bathroom were not pristine in cleanliness but it was acceptable.

Great location. Fabulous view from dining room where buffet breakfast is held. Friendly staff. Bed was comfortable and room was a decent size.

The room a bit smaller, not convenient for huge luggage (29') and big body size guests. We been staying for 5nights and the InterCall phone was not being fixed. Need to approach self at the reception counter for any request. Bathroom is also small. I had knocked myself toward the toilet bowl while trying to open/close the door -__-'' Room light is dim =good for relaxing but if need to find something ,nah ~ not bright enough.

The breakfast menu not as expected but love the river view scenery while enjoying the breakfast (that's the bonus). The 3 gentlemen at the reception counter (met them different day) very helpful and informative.

The sound proofing from room to room is horrible as you can hear the room next to you flushes the toilet at any point of time especially in the middle of the night ..

The distance from ximen station (subway) is a bit far. No food outlets nearby.. The ceiling near the door needs repair. Poor internet.

The bed was comfortable, they clean our room daily. Free bottled water, coffee and toiletress. The breakfast offers different food to choose from (chinese food).

It’s an older building in a humid country so there was a mildew/mold odor in the hallways and a bit in the room. Humidifiers were set up, and rooms were cleaned well, but if you are sensitive like me or have allergies you should ask the staff about your room’s condition.

The hotel staff were very helpful and the rooms were spacious. Lobby is wonderful and I enjoyed my stay in a quiet room! The location is right around the corner from Ximenteng, so very easy to access stores & restaurants. Also 15ish min walk from Longshan Temple and quick taxi to Taipei Main.

The room is really not worth the money. The bathroom is very old; the bathtub is the kind you find in the 1990s. It had a very very very slow water flow. You are literally constantly soaked in water up to the calves when bathing. Room flooring has no carpet, you walk on bare floor. There were no replacement of room slippers on the 2nd day, we were too tired to ask for new ones as well, so had to walk on bare feet.

Location was about 10 mins walk to Ximen Station. It is convenient to walk within Ximenting, although after a while, you will realise that XMT is not that big afterall. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a morning flight and had to leave by 5am. Staff helped to secure a cab with the right details and it was already waiting for us by the time we checked out. Excellent service!
