Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeLight switches beside the bed wasn’t working. So I had to walk all the way to the door to switch on the main light. The room seems a little old and dusty - there were brown stains around the power sockets, found some old cotton swab and finger/toenail on the carpet beside the bed Breakfast buffet spread was with limited choices, especially if you prefer more western/intercontinental style.
Very friendly and helpful staff. There was heating function in the bathroom to heat up the space

ChileThe room was fine, but the look and the lighting had a mildly cheaper look. The light switch for the bathroom was in the hallway. Took me a while to figure out how to flush the (Japanese with Chinese instructions) toilet. Had to climb into a very high bathtub to take a shower. It would be dangerous for elderly folks. Breakfast was all Chinese veggies, which is ok for me, but might leave some anxious for eggs and bacon. Coffee was good.
Location and value. Subway stop across the street. The Keelung river is just two blocks away, great place for a jog. The Raohe night market 2 blocks away. Just one line change from the airport to hotel. Everything in room was clean and worked.

Hong KongThe room is too small for two adults and it's difficult to move around the room. In addition, there is no space to open my medium size suitcase to unpack or pack. The layout of the room is strange as the desk is so close to the bed that I could hardly find space to sit the chair provided. The space between the bed and TV is too narrow. Some of the food such as fruit is hardly available as it's not refilled most of the time.
Though the room is a small for two adults, it's clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. The vegetarian breakfast in general is quite good. The location of the hotel is good as it's close to the MRT.

SingaporeSize of rooms are small, some part of the room still have some dust, but generally clean. I can literally hear my next door taking shower at night. Only serve vegetarian breakfast, which was a surprise to me, and best, guest are expected to clear their own cutlery, plates and cups after eating as the service staff don't do it for guest. Definitely not what I would expect from a 4Star hotel.

United StatesThe hotel needs to provide more staff at breakfast time! While the young lady in charge there was very efficient and pleasant, but having to take care of every part of the dining room…greeting guests, cleaning & clearing tables, replenish foods, stock all dishes and drink machine… that’s too much for just 1 person! Quality can be compromised!!!
The hotel is just across from the subway station! The staff’s quick efficient resolution to 1 issue of our room after our first nite! We were real pleased with the next room they moved us to!! The breakfast was great with plenty of choices of dishes!
