By far one of the best hostels I have stayed in. Super cool layout in the common area that makes it fun to hang out and work for the day. Brilliant breakfast to enjoy every morning, and super comfy and spacious bunks.

The entire experience was very good. Staff were so helpful and the facilities more than matched our hopes. Highly recommend this place and will stay there again next year.

Everything is perfect! I would rate this hostel 10/10: cute stuff, comfort and clean bed, female only bathroom, and I can tell that every corner of this building is carefully cleaned each day.

Star hostel was incredible. The hostel is conveniently located next to the main station, making it easy to get to and from the airport, and the MTR to key sights. The hostel itself is immaculate. A really great vibe. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. The included breakfast, which changes daily, is a perfect way to kick off your morning. I found my private room clean, comfortable, and spacious.

The rooms are small (but to be expected in Taipei) and you can’t flush toilet paper down the toilet.

Super clean, comfy. close to main station, nice area around, they let us kept the luggage a bit longer after check out, coqy atmosphere, great breakfast. Dorms still have a lot of privacy due to the bed curtain plus luggage cabin in the room locked with the card

Great location close to the main station. Very clean everywhere, bathrooms apparently were cleaned multiple times a day. Large and cozy common areas with friendly interior design. Fresh breakfast. Lockers that can fit a regularly sized suitcase. Relatively large showers (separate cabins), including separate area for keeping the clothes and changing. Light and multiple outlets in the bed. Bed curtains in the dorm that block most light and sound - I had multiple roommates pack and leave very early and didn’t wake up at all. Small kiosk with snacks and cool bevarages for fair prices inside. Very friendly staff.

Not the most social in terms of people interacting with others they don't know even when the hostel was full, but that is not the hostel's fault

Fantastic hostel overall. - All facilities were very clean, modern and comfortable - Spacious and comfy common areas where it's great to spend time, especially if the weather happens to be less than optimal. Different types of seats and tables, with some plants around - Breakfast included. If you have dietary requirements (e.g. vegetarian or vegan), they give a special card to show at breakfast and you'll be made a different meal right away - Great location very close to the train station and metro links - Staff spoke very good English and were very responsive

The moldy smell when you enter the building and the lift got me worried but once you get to the floor where the hostel is then it's much better. The room for my first night stay had a tinge of the moldy smell, I had to have the air con on to get rid of the smell each time I come back to the room. For some reason the second time I stayed (in a different room) there was no issue with the smell at all, in fact it smelt really nice, not sure what the hostel did differently but keep up the good work! and see if you can extend it to the building entrance and the lift.

Location: It's so close to the Taipei station which gives you access to all modes of public transport so it's easy to get to any part of Taipei, explore other cities, and especially convenient to get to airport in any time of the day. Lots of places for good food nearby, on my first night despite arriving quite late in the night I still managed to get delicious food in the nearby night market as it's within walking distance. Shopping wise, it's walking distance to the popular Chifeng St filled with local boutique stores that are full of characters next to Eslite stores if you are into books and shopping malls if you are looking for even more varieties. Staff: Super friendly, helpful, and forthcoming with useful information. Common area: Nicely designed and spacious so it's a relaxing and sociable environment that has a modern Taiwanese feel to it. Shared bathroom are well equipped and clean unlikely most other hostels, almost with a hotel feel to it.

The elevator a lil bit dusty, the only have 1 laundry machine and it took a long time to using it since the demand was high. If the price a lil bit lower it must be so so awesome.

Only one free towel. Need to keep shoes in cupboard and unfortunately got the highest one. During quiet hours, lights needed to be turned off by ourselves.

Breakfast was bread and a meal (different per day). The dumplings were delicious. Another day was noodles which could be less salty. There was orange juice and unsweetened soya milk. Location was easy to find. Need to take elevator to 4th floor. Can either use crossroads or overhead bridge to train station. Room and bed was clean. Bed was spacious enough to sit up. Able to request for softer pillow. Quiet room. Luggage storage cupboard enough for 2 overhead bags. Toilets were very clean and dry. Bathroom always had space. Bidet available. Clever use of space with vanity area. Many quiet cozy corners in main rest area including big tables. Cozy movie nights certain days. Fridge and microwave available.

Everything. Staff are very nice and informative. Their room is very clean, i even got room upgrade. Location is near to airport MRT, MRT, railways and bus station. Also near night market and 711. Their facilities are very good.
