Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Belgiumsome shower holders were broken so the shower head could not hang.
The staff assisted with the self-check-in and tried their best to explain even if there was a language barrier. The accommodation provided toiletries as well as earplugs which are helpful if u have snoring room mates.

TaiwanAnts in the room were a bit of an issue. I didn’t notice them much when going to sleep at night, but in the morning, it was uncomfortable to find some ants on my glasses, which I usually place on the table while sleeping. I wonder if this room sees less frequent use, because with regular cleaning, this shouldn’t be an issue.
To be frank, the lodging is just as it appears in the photos and descriptions – straightforward. Therefore, there’s no need for overly high or low expectations. Noteworthy positives include the accommodation’s convenient location, allowing for self-reliant check-in and check-out.

Hong Kong- No main door for female bathroom, only door for each bathing unit - Moisted bathroom, the door of bathroom close automatically which prevents the bathroom to get dry. Dehumidifier should be used - Only reheat facilities (e.g. microwave, toaster, mini-oven in the kitchen, lack of cooking facilities - Water from next bathing unit will splash inside your bathing unit - Only one hanger inside the bathing unit, could install more hangers

SingaporeThe location was super convenient. You can take bus 37 from Taichung high speed rail station and it’ll drop you off right in front of the hotel. There are no keys involved but you can access the property via key code which was great.
