It’s a big hotel, and it was strange it didn’t provide with toothpaste and toothbrush. More, locker room in swimming pool, you need to bring your own locker, how I suppose to know to bring such things with me on a daily basis? It’s completely knocked me off.

Comfortable and nice place. Room big enough. On the first floor you have access to seven eleven store, which is very convenient.

The location is a little away from the central area. 10-15 minutes walk from metro station, and it's not on the major metro line. The hotel lobby is nice but upper floor carpet and atmosphere is a little outdated.

The AC was quite loud and I had a separate de-humidifier in the room that was very loud.

Size of the room was excellent for a family of three. Location was good too, being next to a mall and within walking distance of two subway stations. Also very convenient to have a laundromat on the same floor.

Housekeeping was not very well done. Each night when I went back to my room, I can see the floor is not vacuum and there were twice my cups are not washed. At times, some items are not topped up like stirrer, or face towel only have 2 instead of 3

The hotel did not have adjoining rooms which was a bit of a pain for us as a family of 5 but the triple room set ups were unique and useful. We were on the 7th floor which had the kids club directly by the elevators. But it only ran Saturdays and Sundays so every time we stepped off the elevator during our Monday -Friday stay I had to explain to my son why he couldn't ride in the very cool cars all lined up there! The club should really run more often! Also the pool, while nicely heated didn't have the nicest surroundings...big run down and there was some dirty suds blowing off the neighboring building. Plus you are required to wear swim caps and no floaties, even small ones are allowed which seemed silly.

location was excellent - short walk from two different MRT stations. Lots of store and restaurant options nearby. Breakfast and dinner buffet were very good but could have been a little more varied. Staff were kind and helpful. Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. Water pressure in the shower and bath were great.

Somehow the breakfast that was added to the room did not get through to the terminal at the restaurant (every day), so I had to sign a receipt for breakfast each day. Although it initially appeared as a double charge, staff corrected the issue (on my bill) with no fuss.

I stayed here last October (2023) and was very happy with the hotel, room and service. I made the choice to stay here again in March (2024) The room was in good repair, clean and comfortable. The location was great, a number of good restaurants to choose from nearby and the metro is only a short walk away next to the Taipei Arena. There is a good selection for breakfast, from cooked western breakfast, cereal, pastries and Taiwanese style breakfast. The concierge staff were exceptional, advising how long it would take in a taxi for the time of day, arranging a taxi (especially with a request of card payment only) and knowing exactly which taxi was yours when several taxi's were arranged for a similar time.

The pool and yoga studios were the main reason I booked this hotel. However, you had to pay for a swim cap in order to use the pool (for a family of 4 people was $40 USD! $300 NTD per person), so we ended up not swimming, which was such a bummer. Also you couldn't use the beautiful yoga studios on your own, but had to pay for a class in order to use them, so we didn't use them either.

This is a very nice and clean hotel. The room and beds were large and comfortable!

Despite the room being spacious the room was unfortunately not very comfortable. The bed and pillows are far too soft and the T.V. is relatively old which makes smart phone connections and utilisation of our own subscription services (such as Netflix) very difficult.

The location was sufficiently convenient for Taipei standards being a roughly 10 minute walk to the MRT station. There are some restaurants nearby within a 5-minute walk radius which is adequate. The room we got was sufficiently spacious.

Didnt like that the toilet had some sewage smell which didnt make the bathtime very nice
