This homestay is perfect. Sasa the owner is so nice, friendly and helpful. The room is very clean, same with the toilets and showers. The toilets had a bidet. The beds are comfortable. It’s close to the station, has a 7-11 nearby. The girls i shared the room with were so respectful.

Lovely cats, and great atmosphere! One of the kind owners gave me some muscle cream after a day of cycling, was very grateful. The rooms were clean, amenities were all right and like that they have you donate to a charity for earplugs or other little extras. Overall, very pleased with this last minute booking.

The design of the hostel is simple and classy. Facilities are clean and well maintained. The owners are also very friendly and I enjoyed interacting with them. We welcomed the new year (2024) together and it was a night to remember.

The double is quite expensive for a hostel but I was very disappointed that having paid 2025 TWD (approx €60/ night) they charged us extra for towels. Value for money for the double room is not great.

Very clean and lovely owners. The dorms looked very nice and the common area is nice with safe bike parking outside. The double is a large room, and very nicely furnished.

Very nice hostel in Chishang! Beds are comfy, shower rooms and bathroom clean and spacious, common area invites to meet other people. The hosts are very welcoming! Perfect base for exploring the surrounding rice fields!

It's a bit further from the station, but I loved staying here. Spacious, well-decorated and very cozy. The room and sheets felt fresher than the other hostel closer to the station (which I also stayed at). Nothing wrong with the other hostel, its location was great, but in terms of which stay I preferred, location aside, Gift Box felt more homely. The hostel owners are also very friendly!

1. The bathrooms were a bit small, but it was still okay for me. 2. Not in downtown, so it will take some time to walk there from Chihshang Station. Still convenient with a bike, though 3. Faucet in toilet on 2F was small

Provided Netflix, Disney+ at lobby! Very suitable place for gatherings among visitors and the owners 5. Very safe location. No need to lock the door and bike 6. Great hospitality of the B&B owner. Would also talk to us if we were just sitting there at lobby.

The female dormitory bathroom has a strong smell of mildew even with the fan on. It's a bit further from the train station than anticipated - takes me 20 minutes to walk there with large luggage.

The hostel is an oasis of calm and quiet. I have not slept so well in a long time. The facilities look brand new and are very thoughtfully arranged (lots of hooks in the bathrooms, thoughtful little shelf near the light for each bunk bed, spinner to dry clothes). The internet is quick and reliable, and the location is great! It's a short walk to Dapo Pond and the hostel has books that list places to see, food recommendations, locations to rent bikes from (with a discount!), etc. The owner is very friendly, and there is tea, coffee and water available.
