Although the lobby smelled a bit smokey, the floors and rooms upstairs did not. I have feather allergy so am glad I brought my own pillow.

The price was great and location perfect for our drive through purposes. Having parking was a save too.

There was a really Bad smell and it took quite a long time to explain to the hotel staff that I don't wanna sleep in a room which smells like rotten eggs. They gave me a different room in the end though, even if it wasn't really clean.

they didn't have an HDMI cable available, and the tv wasn't a smart tv, plus we didn't know how to change the input to show my laptop's screen. honestly i booked the room so i could watch a movie then fall asleep, but i guess since i ended up falling asleep early it was fine, and it seems like other hotels also can't connect laptops to screens. It's a bit inconvenient, but not serious enough to complain about.

I liked the place and the staff was friendly. The floors are quite nice and the air conditioning worked a little too well, I was quite cold! I would just suggest maybe they should put liquid hand soap in the bathroom because since I brought my own bathroom tools I didn't bother to look at the toiletries provided by the hotel. The soap was packaged alongside those, but I didn't know so I just used the body wash to wash my hands, then when I was leaving I finally noticed the soap, but it was too late. So maybe putting liquid soap in the bathroom is a good idea, or putting body soap in an area where you can use it for both the shower and the sink is a good idea.

The first day we arrived, the bed was not clean, it had a couple of hairs from a previous tenant, so we have reason to believe the room was not completely clean.

The air conditioning worked, the showers were spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was really helpful, even spoke English fluently.

The room was quite dirty, I was terrified to turn on the AC as it was so mouldy! The walls were full of stains, the bathroom ventilation wasn't working, the bathroom window was stuck and the bidet sprayer head wasn't working. Not worth the price

The staff were really nice and easy to talk to. They let us leave our bags at the lobby while we went around taichung. Wifi is decent especially at the lobby. Rooms were clean and complete with necessities. Walking distance from toy stores and convenience stores. All in all a great experience!

Room was dusty with un-cleaned areas. Bathroom was not acceptable for a hotel, lots of moldy spot and water stain. I did not ask to switch room but clean it myself instead as I don’t trust their cleaning crew. Will never stay here again but recommend to backpacker or whom doesn’t have such standard for cleanness nor traveling with little one.

Bed is comfortable. Room is spacious. All the basic amenities included plus free self- service laundry (dryer doesn’t really work). Friendly staff.

The hotel looks different from pictures. Location is bad, it’s above a ktv and cyber cafe, it looks dodgy in real life to be honest, very different from my expectation. Staff was not helpful, it has a sign that states there might be police inspection at night and we are obligated to open the door for police inspections. The room and towels smell like cigarettes smoke, I think it’s a smoke friendly hotel. Location is bad whereby the taxi driver doesn’t know where the hotel is. Will not come back again and not recommended if there is other options.

Difficult to find. Got breakfast order wrong (breakfast is ordered out and delivered for pickup at Reception at 7:30).. Shower wasn't clean. Would charge us 300nt for each additional pillow after first stating they had no extras (only 2 very soft pillows provided).Window was dirty. No nice restaurants in immediate area.

Price was okay. Not as nice as featured. Shower was strong and hot.

Some smell from the washroom even door is closed.

Service is good, free of charge and instant room change when I report washroom is noisy. Front desk introduces nearby environment nicely.
