Walls were thin and we could hear other guests talk. Plugs were loose and weren't functional unless you plugged an adapter in it. Ventilator in bathroom wasn't working properly.

The walls are definitely paper thin. I was on the 10th floor so I didn't hear many voices, but what kept waking me up throughout the night was the sound of all the water pipes from the room next to me. There is also a lot of wear and tear, so don't expect anything to be new.

Excellent location and friendly staff. The room was spacious and clean, and it had all the amenities listed.

The staff were not the best experience for our stay, my example is that we lost a room key, and only through losing it and being told to pay 100TWD for a new one, which we did, one of the staff asked where our second key was, at this point we were staying there day 5/7, and when I asked the staff why we didn't get offered two when we checked in, they said "oh. we usually keep the second one in case you get locked out of your room, but you can have it if you want" which didn't make sense, because they coded our room access into an empty card when we had to buy the replacement, and there would never be an issue of the front desk not being able to help with them being there 24/7. This, and also the fact that we had 2ppl staying in one room and had to waste time, and transport to make sure we could enter our room with one keyholder essentially the entire stay, the money and time adds up, so I didn't appreciate the way we found out about the 2 keys we could/should have had from the beginning of our stay.

The cleaning staff were very good and hard working, they maintained the cleanliness of the room if the guests opted for room clean, they were probably the best staff of the hotel. Location is very good.

There were beetles in the room, erratic WI-FI, it failed to work often. Nearly impossible to find. The hotel is actually called Li-Ho hotel and is on the 9th floor of a tall building. The address on booking.com when copied into google maps sends you 20mins away from the hotel. We spent 3 hours walking around at 2am trying to find it and asked 4 different hotels for help and they didn’t know where it was either. Communication with the hotel was awful, when trying to contact them to ask where it was, they just copied the address from booking.com into the message.

They didnt clean the room everyday and replenish the water in the room. Aircon is difficult to adjust temp.

I like the spacious room. It is also near the ximending walk district, sanrio 711 and don quixote.

It was one of the worst hotels of my life! It all started when I went to the address given but the hotel was not there! I tried for at least an hour and a half, asking many people, circling the block several times trying to find it, but no luck! In my final desperation I went to a hotel with a completely different name, where I first found a karioke bar, but at least someone there told me that the reception was one floor down. There I asked if this was the hotel I had booked. The receptionist said yes this is it and it really isn't posted, the name of the hotel I booked! Sorry! I then booked the room with no windows but the air conditioning couldn't pair my glasses kept fogging up! It turned out that there were various other games rooms on the lower floors and the lift was full of prostitutes and transvestites. Apparently, falling asleep in such company was not easy... I would recommend that unless you want to do this, you should stay far away from this place!!!

I am not a fussy person, but i wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Eventhough the location is great, walking distance (few mins) to Ximending night market. The weird and old smell is unbearable, i stayed in old hotels a lot but this is bad. Noise from the bathroom is disturbing, luckily I am very tired so i am able to sleep, the room is also humid. Overall, not a pleasant stay even for a night. Sorry.

The hotel and reception were not easy to find as it was not marked Moshamanla on the streets. Even the taxi driver had problems finding it! No window in the bedroom. Air-conditioning was leaking into the bedroom. Had to put two bins to collect the drips - 1/2 filled each bin daily!

It was very well situated in the historical part of Wanhua, an area that is very animated with a night market within walking distance.
