The hotel is a bit old so the shower head was a bit broken. Also the times for spa and sauna is very unfair, females can only go between 4-8pm and 8-11pm is for males, where the male times are clearly better. Hence I didn't get a chance to use the spa and sauna at all because we're always out and don't get back till later. But my boyfriend did get the chance to use it a few times, which I found really unfair.

The location and staff were pretty nice. The room is also ok.

The television had a good selection of local TV programmes. However, it would be better if the TV can connect to my mobile.

The breakfast spread is excellent. Though there was a small bug scare on the first day of my stay, the hotel promptly resolved the issue. The location is superb with a 4-minute walk to the metro that doubles up as an interchange for the Red and Brown lines connecting to most renowned tourist attractions.

Furiture in the room needs update and so is the bathroom.

The Breakfast was poor, not really interesting to take in the hôtel. The café was better in the room next to the reception as at the breakfadt place. The bed was broken on one d'ide.

Sound proofing could be better.

Hotel is located about 150 meters from Da'an MRT station and easy to find. Room was quite big, clean, though not that brightly lit. Aircon was strong and cold. one can off it manually if desired. Toilet was considered big, with no heated seat or water spray, unlike the 2 other hotels we have stayed in during the trip. Breakfast was pretty standard but nice and delicious. There are shops and eateries near and around the hotel for one to try the local food. There was also a beautiful garden 15-minutes' walk from the hotel. Pathway to hotel is mostly sheltered, so there is not much worry about rain when walking from train station to hotel. Thanks to a lady staff who helped us to book a 5:30am taxi ride to Taoyuan airport, which took half an hour as the hotel road connects to the highway after just making a few turns. A relief for us as we were taking the 8:00am flight.

A fairly small entrance, we walked past without noticing the hotel entrance. I will suggest that the hotel should enable card access to the elevators to enhance security.

Small room. Small bed. No bidet spray.

Clean. Quiet. Good breakfast. Stayed 4 nights. Some items were different daily so there was a bit of variety during yhr 4 breakfasts we had. First night was terribly hot. The hotel set the thermostat at 23. They sent us an electric fan that night but moved us to another room the following day. Thereafter, they set the thermostat to 21. So it was comfortable.

Breakfast could be more variation. Older facility but ok. Sauna was not working and realy old and need to be updated. and not MIxed ,, only woman and man seperate hours. But again Sauna needs to be realy updated.

The maintenance of the sauna and changing room were quite poor - I found a cocokroach lurking in one of the lockers and the area wasn't manned.

Gym is very small and cable TV was not working very well.

Location is very good, close to subway and many bus lines. Room is of quite good size for a couple of, bathroom has excellent shower, big and heavy towels and quality toiletries. Staff is very friendly, helpful and efficient! Good quality breakfast in a room of enough space for the volume of guests, with a very attentive staff. Special mention to Mr. Robert, the Resident Manager, very kind and helpful!

clean and modern hotel with convenient location plenty of food options nearby beds were very comfortable breakfast was combo Chinese and American cuisine and delicious only issue is room is a bit musty/ moldy smelling, understanding that Taipei is very humid so this is a challenging situation but probably they need to run the dehumidifier more regularly otherwise a great short stay for first day in Taipei
