There was a light that we couldn't turn off right above our beds.

The location was great. Walking distance to the metro (less 5 minutes?) and Pier 2 is just 2 stops away. Very convenient. There is also a convenient store next door if needed. Breakfast was enough for me but the coffee was terrible though.

Room has absolutely no view. Pool and decking are in need of urgent repairs as the decking board is dangerously loose and in bad shape. Breakfast needs more varieties.

Location is awesome. Just short walk to the Liu He night market. It is a beautiful quaint hotel with nicely designed lobby that has a slope / ramp for luggage to easily navigate up to the lift area. 24 hours Staff are readily available, friendly and helpful.

The swimming pool was a bit rundown and didn’t have chairs or sitting area if you just go there for chill out or sun bake.

Room is good but can hear noise from the hallway. Food is very good, however when we came to eat, only few food left and staff do not refill menus <not sure if they do every hour or what> We were not advised that maybe it's "first come, first served basis". We ran out of fried rice. Sad. Location is accessible but building should have the name Tree House Hotel when you enter. We're confused at first if it's the building. Tree House Hotel only written in Chinese language at the ground floor. Should also have English translation, and should be bigger for people easy to notice.

Pool, free breakfast, very affordable booking price. Staffs looks friendly and awesome as they speak in English very well.

Some seating on the patio would have been awesome and the pool needs a good clean and major repairs but otherwise very enjoyable with views over the streets below.

Staff were very accommodating when we asked to move rooms, from right outside Reception. The patio area was great and double glazed doors meant we didn't hear the busy road below. Slept very well and was helpful to have laundry facilities available onsite. Close to a couple of subway stations, Family Mart is two blocks away.

The pillow case smells bad specifically the side facing the bed it smell like it wasn’t dry properly after laundry

The food; the room ; the pool and also the staffs specially the receptionist . We, as a foreigner, she had a good approach and attitudes towards us and explained clearly every information we need to know. It’s good to have someone like her who can speak english and have a good manners towards the guest

The hot water took time to arrive, the pillows are too big and the wifi was not great in our room. We would have loved to have a window in our room but we were happy anyway.

Very nice place. The design is beautiful. We had the pool for ourselves every day. The hotel provides a pyjama, laundry service and nice breakfast buffet. The staff was very nice with us! The location seems to be good but we didn’t move so much. You should try the dumpling place at the corner left!

Only the curtains inside the rooms. Maybe next time make it more lively. But overall it was excellent.

I have check in for the 2nd time and it's worth your money. The staffs are friendly here. The room was exquisite.

The hotel lights are too dim for us. There is a small space outside the room but no view.

The staffs are friendly and responsible. They help to contact the taxi company for me as we need to leave the hotel 4am in the morning. The desigh of the hotel is modern and we love it.

They should put an instruction on how to use their elevator specially for the 1st time guest like us 😂 we Just try click the 5th button but the elevator didn't work and that is the time we ask the staff. You should tap the card and click the button. They should have the signage how to go in the roof top pool. We just wondering around in the hotel until we find another elevetor going to the rooftop Pool.

The room is clean and the food is good I like the roof top swimming pool though some tiles are not intact

everything was there were unlucky only we book late and we’ don’t get a nice room wth window that was we’re looking but it’s fine hotel was near by in station and convenience we enjoy also the night market ☺️ one more the pool was good
