Price could have been lower... I booked 2 single beds and I thought I would get an individual room with my friend. Since there were such pictures on the website.. but turns out they arrange this randomly... So I don't actually know how do u request for a double or quadruple room... Price per pax seems to be the same no matter the type of room..

Location, literally a 5 min walk away from the check-in counters at T2. Dyson hairdryers made drying my hair extra fast, especially since it was a shared bathroom. Plastic bags in the showering cubicles and slippers made it easier for showering. There are also pads in the female toilet. Capsule was quite clean, with a place to hang your clothes and mirror. Quite a lot of facilities / equipment that were well thought through! Size of capsule was not very true to picture, though there's still enough space to move around and put your bags. Size of the room was quite true to picture.

Nothing really practical to suggest. One could hear sounds from neighboring capsules: snoring in the evening and other guests waking up and moving out in the morning.

There is no trash bin in each room, so we need to have our own plastic bag, or need to carry it to the bathroom/lobby

The cleanliness and seamless check in and check out. Superb facilities (even have dyson hairdryer)

Very convenient location, esp for short transit or late night arrival. Hotel provides good choices of tea and comfortable beds.

The location is right in T2 of Taoyuan airport, very convenient. The facilities are super clean, very organised and the staff are very friendly. There are also eye masks for all to use, as well as tea.

Noisy, you don’t rly get a good shut eye, can’t put on ear plugs because the. You might miss your alarm. lol. Give and take, not for staying long term. One night to catch an early flight is worth it if you don’t want to still travel to the airport from city.

Bed was comfortable, really liked how it is not so open compared to other capsule hotels in Taipei city.

What you can expect from a capsule hotel! The staff was very friendly, especially Marin who served us tea in the morning and gave us some good advice on various things for our stay in town

The concept of this hotel is great but execution is not as well as other airport hotels I’ve stayed in with similar price. The good things, location is unbeatable, staff is very friendly, beds are comfortable and clean. The not so good, the rooms lack storage space, even if we have to do packing outside, there is not enough space/dedicated area to repack/unpack in the hallway. I’ve stayed at a tiny individual rooms with enough space for luggage and shared bathrooms at Changi which worked much better. The bathroom is OK but need more storage to hang clean/dirty clothes and towel and needs to be cleaned more often, there were piles of hair in the drain and the sink area were wet. I suspect they only clean the showers once a day instead of multiple times and too many people are using them so if you’re the 100th person using the bathroom you’ll be left with dirty showers and wet sinks with hair and other things on the counter tops.

Ideally situated within the Taipei international airport building terminal 2 . So good for early morning departures. Family Mart just outside. Comfy bed capsules. Very easy SkyTrain to terminal 1

Of course is the noise but no choice as they have advised to tidy our luggage outside of the room. People will be coming in along the night so prepare earplug yourself please

I like the cleanliness and the staff was nice, explaining all the details. Prepare enough hair dryer and there is shower gel and shampoo as well.

If your bed is near the door, unlikely you can sleep peacefully. Too much of door opening closing, very loud noise.

Convenience within airport. Comfortable and clean. About 24 bed in one room.

People were still making noise and packing their bags despite signage discouraging it. I was awoken very early by women coming in and out of the room slamming the door & packing their bags 2-3 hours before checkout.
