It was such a perfect place to stay: beautiful and spatious room, friendly and professional staff, delicious breakfast, great neighbourhood (very close from Songshan Airport). Will definitely be back again!

The facilities in the picture are different from the room we stayed in. There is a small coffee table and a big desk in pictures on booking.com. We planned to do our business work in the room. However, when we checked in, the clerk at reception told us that there was no desk and refused to offer a coffee table to us. They emphasized the picture on booking.com is legacy and just for reference. Ultimately, I used the dressing table, and my wife worked on the bed. I suggest the following visitors check the hotel before booking if they really need specific facilities. The credit card we paid is slightly higher than the price we booked on booking. We found the unmatched price when we entered our room. The clerk was polite, admitted this small mistake, and refunded us for the difference.

The room is comfortable, and the size of the room is beyond our expectations. There is plenty of space to put luggage. It is suitable for personal workers to stay. The parquet floors are comfortable. The clerk at reception was friendly and answered our questions.

The type of the room was exactly as booked (stayed several nights with interruptions, so in different bookings) and which was very pleasant, a Japanese double room. Also the service employees at the different floors are very attentive and provide you with another bottle of water etc. whenever needed. It is really quiet in the rooms (which is maybe also thanks to the decent people who stayed there at the time of my stay and AC works very well. The hotel is also located quite well and not far to different metro stations (around 5 and 10 mins walking). If you need to go to Songshan airport, you can be there within 20 mins by metro. Breakfast is included by default and contains various cold and warm dishes every day. At the top of the building there`s even a quite surprising temple.

Limited breakfast selection, we stayed there for 4 nights and the breakfast each day its similar and limited options. There is a smell in the room most likely due to the age of the hotel. The nearest MRT station is slightly far, 15 minutes walk.

Convenient location as there is family mart, 7 eleven nearby, friendly staff. We were able to check in earlier around 1pm instead of 6pm. Huge bathtub we have gotten in our room.

The location is a little far from the MRT so recommend getting an Uber/taxi if you have a lot of luggage. It would be great if the foyer had some seats (this is a minor thing).

The room and bathroom were generously sized, plenty of room for luggage. The daily snacks provided were a lovely, unexpected bonus! If you don’t mind older style fitting/furnishings and value your space, this is an excellent option.

A good two blocks away from the closest metro, which can feel long arriving with luggage. But still very worth it.

The hotel looks old, there is no hotel lobby area to sit down. But i find that it is like a small sparrow with all the essential organ in tact

Check-in was only at 6pm, which seems extremely late if your plane lands in Taipei in the morning. No early check-in was possible, but there was no problem with leaving the luggage. Staff were helpful and the room service was great, but did not make a very friendly impression. We also had an impression that the room smelled of smoke when we entered.

Our stay was great. The room was very comfortable and spacious. We liked the breakfast buffet a lot.

Not enough towel rails or hooks in the bathroom. Also, but not critical, it would be nice to have at least one electrical plug socket on each side of the bed. Almost everyone has a cell phone these days, which means a charger will be in use charging the phone while sleeping. And remember, the phone also acts as the bedside alarm clock.

Room was really roomy. Actually, it was the BEST sized room I've seen for the price. Go for it, you'll like the size. And all the other facilities. Breakfast was adequately good. Not a big selection, but there was enough to feel satisfied. Hot with western and Chinese styles.

The beds were a bit hard for our comfort, but that seems to be a Taiwanese preference, because we had the same experience in other hotels too.

The rooms were very spacious with a very large and comfortable bathroom. We booked two rooms, one of which had a very pleasant jacuzzi. There were no disturbances from outside or from within the hotel. For breakfast there were several warm dishes and also cereals.

Chairs in reception would be nice, it's very hot so when waiting for a pre-booked taxi it would be nice to sit down. Water in reception - travellers might be hot and weary - make reception area more customer friendly. Only 1 plug socket for Kettle and Fridge. No USB sockets in room. Only given 1 room card (used HSR ticket to keep A/C on).

Room was excellent, (honeymoon suit) bathroom is a good distance aware from bedroom (my fiancée loved this - poo in peace). Bed is lovely, read some negative comments on Air condition but it was absolutely fine. Bathroom is excellent. Bed is excellent. Lot's of space.
