The location is excellent! A lot of foodies nearby. There is a small alley selling food with reasonable (perhaps considered cheap) prices. Opposite Taipei main train station, there is a bus stop just a stone away at the main entrance and there is a big shopping mall just next to it.

Would be better if there was a notice that the hotel is situated within a building with other hotels. Took a while to find the location and only cos I recall seeing another review that mentioned this. Size of the room could be bigger but this is Taipei so I guess this is one of the best options already.

Room was very compact, with everything you need. Weirdly the toilet door is very soundproof. Walls are very thin, but this should be common throughout Taiwan. Very good location, the nearest entrance to the train station is a 2 min walk away from the door on the first floor, but there's still a walk within the train station. Good wifi connection. Didn't get to try the washing machine and dryer, but heard it's NTD30 for every use.

I have seen 3 rooms and all of them deserve deep cleaning, especially in the bathroom. In one of our rooms, the ventilation didn't work and mold was building up quickly as there was no window…

The location is exceptional, you can store your luggage before check-in and after check-out. We had an issue with noise, on the floor below us there was a reconstruction of a gym. In our room, it sounded like we were part of the reconstruction. We asked for a different room and the staff upgraded us to a bigger room with bigger beds. That room had one wall from just a carbon hence the complaints about the paper-thin walls. Honestly, it depends on who is in the next room with you, for us it wasn't too bad. We had to change the room again as the reconstruction moved and that room was amazing. Overall it depends on the room you'll get and on the people that are next to you. The staff were doing their best 👍

Super convenient location, for us we use exit M8 as usual, walk a small distance, just 5minutes walk, lift can use with exit Z4, room was clean and big (out of my expectation), got heater, got window, only 4lifts can access but not waiting long time

You have to wait till 4pm to check in which is later than usual but luggage can be stored by the reception.

Great location right next to the main train station, MRT and buses. Many shops and food places nearby. Walkable distance to some of the main attractions as well as popular Ximen area. The room was quite dark as it did not have window but was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The was hot and cold water dispenser near the reception. Overall good value for money considering the location.

The convenient location, accommodating staffs, decent amenities in the room. We encounter facility breakdown in our room and the staffs immediately change room for us albeit it's late at night.

1. The room does not have windows. It is a bit dark and hard to know what is like outside, liking time or weather. It is pity that we can not enjoy the city view from a high rise building. 2. The bathroom window is kind of transparent, it is not very convenient to keep your privacy in the bathroom. *The shower room is fine.

The location is very convenient to many must visit places in Taipei, either by walking, bus or MRT. The Hotel is on the 7th floor of the building, it may take some time to find. The hotel will not let guests check in until 4 p.m., so be aware of the arriving time. The room is spacious and enough rooms for all of us. The staff are very friendly and they can offer help based on our needs. The hotel does not provide bottled water, but you can bring your own water bottle to refill in the public area.
