Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We arrived at night by taxi and my daughter left her cell phone in the cab. The hotel staff were able to contact the taxi company and assist to retrieve the phone. The view from the breakfast room is lovely, and the food they serve is delicious.

The staff was very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The room was clean, comfortable and with a nice balcony view of the city and the port. the breakfast was really good. We enjoyed our stay a lot. The bed was extremely comfortable. The lobby and the breakfast room were cozy, clean and equipped with all necessary things to have a good time. They offer access to free washing machine and clothes dryer. Watermark hotel offers a great value and I can definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Kaohsiung.

Singaporethere was no luggage rack and the disposable slippers were paper thin. rooms were very close to each other and you can hear anyone talking or outside your room. hotel was opposite the check-in place (Harbour hotel). room was super dusty. and the aircon vent was blowing straight at the bed.

ThailandThe price is very expensive I booked 1895 NTD but I will pay more when I check in 980 NTD that is very expensive when compared with another hotel nearby. The room is small and the bed is very for two people and very uncomfortable.
The place was good near MRT and ARL it was easy to go in the city. It surprising near the pier to take both to Cijin Island.

TaiwanThe room was very old and dated, and also carpeted floor, nothing like the pictures on this website. I did not spend close to NT$2,000 to spend a night in a room with a view of the exterior of the building next door. The walls were too thin, I could hear a child in the next door room screaming and crying at night.
Good location if the primary purpose of your visit is to go to Qijin, as it is only a short walk from the ferry station. Breakfast was good compared to the quality of the hotel.
