The room is really small so there won't be much space for your luggage. The shower spreads water all over the bathroom. I had troubles using the air-conditioning because it was all in Mandarin, and I'm afraid that's mostly my fault for not knowing the language of the country; still, being a hotel in an international city, I'd recommend to add some stickers in English to help foreigners. They seem to be quite strict with check-in time, and I generally think it's better to be flexible with rules if there's no harm to that.

The hotel is an inexpensive one in a central area of Taipei. It's clean, it offers toiletries and free water and coffee, the air-conditioning works, and the Wi-Fi too. Despite the room being very small, the space is well organized, and there's a desk to use one's laptop.

The only opposition is that the wifi is quite slow at certain times, although there seems to be multiple wifi stations.

The staff was really friendly, helpful and welcoming. This place is great, as it is located perfectly in the Ximending city, having many places to roam around and staying here gives easy travel to the metro station. The hotel room itself was very clean, cozy and comfortable to stay at, the room was prepared to be neatly done and the bed was very soft too, making it a comfortable stay.

There are two hotels with the same name on this street, and we got them mixed up. They’re however super close to eachother so don’t worry if you end up at the wrong one.

Amazing location in the heart of Ximending, right by the MRT station. The place itself is ok, nothing impressive but nothing bad either. The room is a little small but comfortable. If you want a place to sleep and nothing more, it’s perfect for that.

Some confusion initially about which tower to check into. The room was small, although that’s probably what you can expect in all of Ximending.

The location is fantastic - right in the middle of Ximending, a short walk to the night markets and Red House, as well as the Taipei metro stop.

The room is extremely small: my luggage took up most of the space so I had to edge around it. The room is dark. The shower is not separated from the rest of the bathroom so the whole bathroom floor gets wet when you shower.

The room is clean. The bed is comfortable. There are some hangers over the door so one can hang one's clothes there. There's small desk where one can work on one's laptop or write while sitting on the bed. The wifi is okay but unstable. They provide toiletries and towels. The nearest metro station is 400 meters away. There are some cafes and restaurants in the proximity of the hotel. The area around the hotel is a shopping area, so, if that's your aim in Taipei, you're in the right place. If your aim is sightseeing, you are also quite centrally located. The staff is kind and helpful.

Everything was perfect except for the warm lights make our room quite dark, if some of the lights be changed to natural light, it would be perfect.

Affordable price, can leave luggages at the reception if you come early. The hotel location was quite near to Ximen MRT Station - about 5 minutes walking, there were many amenities arround the hotel: 7eleven, good local restaurants,… The staff cleaned our room everyday during the time we stayed there, which I liked the most.

Dirty elevator and not sound proof rooms.

Property is just few minutes away from ximending area and MTR. Room was clean and even the linens but the reception and elevator area needs to be cleaned and organized at all times. Staff were all friendly and helpful.
