Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomI didn't work out how to control the heating so it wasn't as warm as I'd have liked, but it was OK and that could have been me not being very bright.
It's in a very good location near the main station, on a main road and next to a very busy night market area. The rooms are not big but I thought quite adequate, and the bathroom/shower was good.

PhilippinesTheir carpets need to be vacuumed or replaced since they are very dirty and might have mites as well. I woke up having mite bites in my body. Their bath towels are very small and old. Needs replacement. Their hot shower took very long to heat-up.. but not really a big issue. They don't have a room heater. The room is very cold in the winter.
I like the location which is very accessible to the ximending night market, and train station. The bed is very comfortable as well. free water bottles are refilled everyday. Hotel staff are very accommodating.

I left my shoes in the aisle in front of the room and some hotel guest stole them - since the hotel don’t ask short term tenants for contact information there was no way to contact the thieves. However, the personal tried to help and it was my fault to leave the shoes outside.

Thailand-Worn down facilities , I can see that a table and a towel hanging are not parallel to the floor. If not fix, one day it will break. - If I had gone on normal days, it would probably have been worthy of money as the location is so good. However, I went on New Year’eve and felt that this type of room shouldn’t up-price to almost 10,000 TWD!

SingaporeThe room condition is really like a 2 star motel. I had room on 5th floor (for the 1st night) and the corridor was old and the room with wall papers peeling, peeling wood on furniture and shaky basins. Second night, the 6th floor corridors looks renovated, more modern decor. but the room interior is also old looking. Toilet looks newer, but the bathtub was full of burnt marks from cigarettes. Overall, stay wasn't uncomfortable, but there are really better choices at the price point.
The hotel staff were very helpful and approachable. I had booked 2 night stay separately and will require checking out and checking in again in the middle of the stay. They had tried to solve my predicament, gave me a better room etc. Staff made a difference to my stay.
