Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

New ZealandNo hooks in bathroom. No hot soy milk at breakfast which we enjoyed 12 months ago. No gym which we expect a 4 star hotel to have.
Good price after Taiwan public holiday. Location not too far from Taichung Train Station, but far enough not to see any of the homeless. Breakfast spread quite reasonable. Room size good (superior double). Good cleanliness.

SwedenThe check-in process was done via a machine, it didn't quite work and took longer than it needed to. I get that it saves resources, but the place felt abandoned since no staff was standing in the lobby and it was mostly empty when I came back to the hotel.
Nice room, easy to find and convenient. The breakfast was decent, a buffet with a mix of eastern and western food.

The stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The hotel room was very clean, big and cozy. Room cleaning was regular and thorough. The hotel is conveniently located near the main train station. There are several bus stations in the vicinity of the hotel. There are also several night markets within walking distance. There are many restaurants and shops near the hotel. Overall I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I also recommend the hotel to foreign travelers, you can communicate in English without any problems.

CTS TV Channel broadcast live world cup football at midnight so we had a wonderfull stay in our spacy room. Kids have plenty of space to play ball as well. Breakfast is generous with nice staff. Very close to the hotel we had peacefull time at the nice park with lovely lake, paths and stadium.

PolandThe room and bathroom were dirty. Practically no personnel there, so if you have a problem or questions it's difficult to get help. They charged us twice (a few days before arrival and during check-in) and made a refund a month later so keep it in mind to have double the amount of money. No humans during check-in; only machines. Despite no smoking signs in the hotel, the windowsill of our room was full of cigarette butts. Very little window in the room.
Many options for breakfast. Very big room and bathroom. Interesting lights in the room.

JapanDo yourself a favor and just avoid this hotel. Firstable, it's extremely dirty!!! Room, bath room and common area were so dirty! Moreover it's a no staff hotel, so if you need something you can try to call and talk to someone but they don't speak english or if you'r lucky they speak a very basic english and won't give you any help or explanation. Explanations are just in chinese lunguage by recorded message. If you eat breakfast you have to clean your dishes by yourself: never ever seen this in any other hotel in the world. Overall it was a very unpleasant experience.

PhilippinesThe tv doesn’t work. One of the rooms do not have hanger to put towel when you take a bath. You need to drag a chair and put outside the bath door so you can grab your towel once your done. The toiletries (shampoo, body gel) are all in small packet. The make up room button doesn’t work so no one replaced the towels inside (but they did send new ones once we returned and told front desk), but the beds are as you left them the night before. To call the front desk no indication which button to press, hence had to physically go down. The two front desk personnel 1 was very nice and 1 had a bad attitude, i guess they even out! Stay at your own risk :)
It was one of the few hotels still have vacancy (for a reason) for the last minute trip.
